I had a wonderful experience with Michael. His communication was excellent, he provided many photos of what needed to be done, the work was completed on time and on budget, and he even went out of his way to repair a problem that was not part of the work at no charge. I highly recommend him and will not hesitate to call him again for my roofing needs.

I hired the owner to do some drawings for a house I was looking to build and get permits for. The quality was poor and drawings were riddled with errors. Luckily, my brother is an engineer and help get these errors fixed but still not usable for building. I would have never know all the errors as not in that field. While might get a permit, yet to be seen, my brother said it was the poorest quality he has ever seen. This company might do other things well, just not drawings and don't use them for that or will be disappointed.

This man professionally and efficiently repaired my entire roof in April. These first snows revealed a leak returning at one of the repaired sites. Because it was Thanksgiving eve, I hesitantly sent him a text about it. The thing is, I also knew that because of his personal integrity & professionalism, he would want to know sooner rather than later, which was the case. Mike made the repair this morning, ever the accommodating, polite, punctual professional that he is. I am grateful for you, Mike. Thank you, again.

We called Mike to advise us on our roof and he was quick to reply and came to the house! What a pleasant, friendly & honest guy. He informed me all that was needed was redoing the vents and penetrations that were never done correctly. He did a professional job and came back again to check for his satisfaction in case there were any issues. If I ever need work on my roof I know Mike will be the guy I will call. Thanks Mike

Michael Martinez and his crew repaired a leaking roof twice -- quickly before Winter, to prevent damage, and then a full roof redo in the Spring. They also repaired a rotten and collapsing beam in a carport. All work was done beautifully, and the team was a pleasure to work with. Michael is also very knowledgable about other issues for repair and construction of homes ... he is a great resource.
