Tim and his son have done a fantastic job every time we have had them work on our RV. He seems very knowledgeable and has done everything from replacing the refrigerator to sorting annoying electrical problems. Tim is honest and genuine and has very reasonable fees for his work. Give him a try!!

I've had tim and his son out a few times to do different things on our toyhauler. Yesterday had them out for a fridge swap and it turned out amazing. Our rig is older its a 1997 and he has been able to remedy issues and obtain parts needed for various other jobs. We plan to have him come back out to upgrade other things as well. They are top notch at everything they do! Highly recommend them to anyone looking to get rv repairs done. They are also priced extremely fair!

We have had Tim and his son come over twice; each time they did an extremely thorough job and charged us a very fair price. Even though our rig is older, they had the necessary parts or were able to adjust. Their experience with other older rvs really came in handy. Tim also did a great job at explaining what they were doing and walking us through our options. They were very accommodating for having to work around pets and in a tight space.

The best experience I have had with a repair service!! Tim was able to diagnose simple problem over the phone with me in 15 minutes!!! And gave me such much more information for our issue. Was willing to help if his suggestion didn't work. I am so grateful for their service. Thankful to have someone close to our home for repairs. I will recommend him 1000 times over. Tim and his son were amazing! We had a nasty black tank issue and they did not stop until it was resolved. They are very knowledgeable and friendly, and their rates are very fair. They book out a ways because they are in such high demand, so don’t hesitate to call and get on their calendar. Top notch team!!! We are very satisfied customers. They will always be the first we call with our RV issues and maintenance.

I cannot say enough good things about the service provided by Tim and his son Jeff. We were in the process of selling our trailer when our refrigerator went out. Tim came out for a consultation and provided multiple possible solutions to the problem. He was very honest and transparent with his quote, timeline and I thought his prices were very reasonable. Tim not only worked with us to get the refrigerator ordered but worked with the new owner to get the refrigerator installed.

The customer service and communication were outstanding. Tim kept us in the loop from ordering to installation. The whole experience was absolutely excellent. I would not hesitate recommending Tim’s services to anyone…which btw I have already done.

Tim and Jeff are hardworking, honest, professional, and function as a great team. They communicate well together and work carefully and safely. They are both very good listeners, mannerly, completely respectful, patient, easy going, and soft-spoken gentlemen. As a single female, I felt completely safe being around them. They were respectful in every word and took the time to explain things without talking down to me.

They replaced 2 ceiling exhaust fans, restored power to the bathroom and replaced lighting in the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, as well as 2 porch lights. They consulted me on every detail, even the direction of the switches in the ceiling and color of switch plates. I could not be happier with the results.

I made calls to 3 other RV repair businesses in the area to do this job, but Tim was the only who replied. He took the time to clarify everything up front - their timeline, prices, logistics, and expectations. He responded to emails within a day and communicated clearly and professionally. I will hire only them from now on. They are extremely busy and for good reason, so be patient with their timeline. If you can’t be patient, don’t blame them. These guys are terrific!

Someone attempted to break in my 5th wheel while parked at a storage facility, and damaged the entry lock to the point I could not access the camper.. I called several companies but could not get anyone to come out and replace the lock UNTIL I reached Tim !! Tim was very attentive and replaced my lock in no time. Very nice guy all the way around w fair rates! Definitely recommend ! Thanks So much, Tim!

Tim’s Mobile RV is professional, expert, and thorough and they provide outstanding service at fair rates. Tim is extremely knowledgeable about RV products, brands and parts and the ups and downs in quality in those supply lines. Tim and his son Jeff have done three jobs for me (awning motor replacement, AC replacement, and WH replacement) and I remain highly pleased and very thankful that I have finally found a mobile RV service provider who delivers at the highest level. Plus, Tim and Jeff are nice guys. They have many loyal repeat customers and often need to schedule work weeks in advance, but if you are patient your patience will be truly rewarded. They earn 10 stars out of 5 in my book for what they do and how they do it, and I recommend them without reservation. They have earned my highest regards.

I can't even remember all the things Tim and his son have done on our RV. Every time we have a problem, we call them. They are prompt, honest, and do amazing work. Tim always calls to let me know what time they are arriving. He has a deep knowledge of all kinds of RVs, and understands every aspect of their functioning - electrical, structural, chemical. He's replaced the AC unit, the electrical system, repaired leaks, rebuilt the propane system. It's in much better shape now than when we bought it.

Tim and his son did an amazing job repairing our electric awning. Their rates were more than fair and they will deifinitely be our first call for any RV repairs/upgrades in the future.

We had our awning replaced, hot water heater repaired, skylight and bath fan repaired. Very professional and explained everything he did. Very reasonably priced. This was the second time we have used him and are very pleased.

Tim was terrific! He arrived exactly on time and was able to replace my dead battery. In addition, he was extremely fair when I made a mistake in the size of the battery! He went to the trouble of getting his supplier to take back the battery and get one that fit my RV. I was terribly embarrassed, since Tim and his son, Jeff, had to make a second trip, but he said that "We all make mistakes," making me feel less like a village idiot!! Very professional. I look forward to working with him whenever I have repair needs for my RV in the future.

Tim and his son were very professional ,. I had them replace my propane furnace, was impressed so I had them change all 3 slide topper vynyls, and had him install a new upgraded toilet on our 5ver. He was busy but I am very glad that I waited for Tim. I was also impressed by the fact that they took pride in the work they did for me.

Tim and his son came out to my home and fixed a problem in our motorhome. I unfortunately did not get to meet the wonderful duo but my in-laws were really impressed with how humble, polite, trustworthy and straight forward Tim was. He gave us a call just like he said he would do before he came out and was quick to repair the problem while charging a very reasonable price. Anyone that gives such great service to my family will keep my business. We will definitely book service repairs in the future with Tim even if we have to wait! He is busy but is definitely worth the wait!!

Tim and his son are awesome. I have used their services now for 2 years. They are a wealth of knowledge about my coach. They are so thorough and will suggest repairs to help avoid future problems but will always fix your present problem. Never any pressure just great service!

Tim's Mobile RV Repair is a goddaamned breath of fresh air with a business philosophy that harkens back to the era of proud tradesman who talk straight, get to the point, and fix things right and on time.
The cooling unit on my Dometic went out on my 2019 Grand Design 31MB and Tim and his son were able to get it fixed within 5 days of me contacting him, which was a godsend as we needed to be on or way to the Redwoods. This father and son team work seamlessly together and so I it actually is like getting 2 repairmen for the price of one. The communication was excellent and they always try to be ahead of schedule. Tim's is the only repair shop I use and will not recommend them to others because I want them all to myself.

We have used many different repair shops over the last 30 years and none have been as great as Tim's RV! Many of our friends and family have used Tim and referred us his direction. Yes, he is extremely busy but the reason is because he has so many repeat customers. I would rather wait for Tim than go to a local repair shop who takes the RV in, but doesn't finish it for days and then charges more in the long run. Tim is fair and shows up as promised. Poor experience. I made an appointment one week in advance to have Tim come out and look at the refrigerator in my RV. Tim set the appointment for 5 PM on 6/12. We waited for an hour with no call that the appointment would be delayed. After 6 PM the day of the appt., Tim left a VM stating that he needed “verbal verification” that I was home before he came out. I called the next morning and spoke to the receptionist, stating that I had waited more than an hour for Tim to show and then did not receive a phone call until after 6. She actually argued with me and said that Tim showed up but I was not home, then said he could not find my house?? Which is it?? Lol! After I explained that neither of those statements were true she said very rudely “what do you want?” I said I would like to reschedule, she said she would have Tim call me yesterday morning. I did not receive a call so I called back a few minutes ago today. Once again the receptionist tried to say Tim called, which for some reason didn’t show up on my caller ID or VM lol. At this point she said “ we are booked a month out and he was making an exception for you”. Again, she was very rude. At this point it is comical and I will find someone else but this outfit clearly doesn’t need the work when times are good. I wish them good luck!

Hands down this father-son team of RV techs are the best you will find out there. Don't even bother waiting for anyone else to call or email you back (chances are high they won't). Call Tim between 9-11 a.m. and you won't be disappointed. I have been through endless scammers,faulty work, wasted a lot of time and money on local techs (if you can even reach them), and thankfully that all ended with these two!
They drove into Oregon from Washington State for a reasonable service call fee and got right to work after an initial payment for a new Suburban furnace and converter unit paid over the phone several days earlier - plus they had scheduled me in fast as I had a true emergency. He and his son both work together so you are getting two techs in one (saving you money!), and they both know their stuff.
The old furnace and duct removal was fast, they showed me where a sizable crack was releasing carbon monoxide, cut out the hole to new furnace size, ran new propane line, cleaned off the old silicone sealant well (used the good proflex to seal up later), pulled out the fried and chewed old duct work (and mice nest!) and just kept hopping running the new duct lines, had everything needed (and more!) in their van, explained what they were doing along the way, gave me choice of exterior furnace door cover colors as they had several new in box, had plenty of duct work to do the job, had even brought new duct vent covers in case I didn't have any, also had some led bulbs on hand I'd been looking for and sold me some of those; they are problem solvers!
Converter install was straight forward, no fiddling or fumbling around, they just get on with the job and are such nice people. They pressure tested everything, made sure both units were working properly, everything in perfect order. I have total confidence in their knowledge and ability to deliver repairs/installs done right. I wish I had found Tim about $3,000 ago because I know things have been done correctly now, and at a very reasonable price. You're not going to find anyone of their caliber cheaper, sure, you can find someone 'cheaper', but you WILL pay for that cheapness down the line, trust me!
They worked until about 9:30 p.m. and I was more than happy to pay that bill at the end of a long afternoon/evening of work, just sorry I couldn't have whipped them up a hot waiting meal. Oh! And Tim gave me a freebie fix of a sticking door latch on a new door I had had installed earlier this month that had not been set right! This was after all the work was done, was dark out and long past their supper time yet he went the extra mile when he didn't have to and totally unprompted. These two are gems; count yourself lucky to have them out to work on your RV.

Best experience I have ever had with a mobile mechanic, honest, on-time, direct and to the point. I am going to say that the will be the only guy I trust with anything RV related.

I can't say enough about the wonderful knowledgeable service and excellent repair we received from Tim and his son Jeff. We were in a tight time frame to get our RV repaired. We have used many well known RV repair shops in the portland/ vancouver area and have never received such great service as we did from Tim's mobile RV. He fixed a complicated repair in one day that would of taken another repair shop a week. Wish we would of known about them years ago. Thank you Tim and Jeff. We will definitely recommend you to all our RV friends.
