Just adding my voice here because people need to be warned.

I paid $25,000+ to Strong Wind Roofing over a year ago — and not a single nail, not a single shingle has been delivered. Nothing. Total silence after the check cleared.

“Dynamite” might come off as friendly, but don’t be fooled. This is not just bad business — it’s deceptive and predatory.

I’ve filed formal complaints and am taking legal action. If you’re even thinking about working with them, don’t. I learned the hard way so you don’t have to.

A Disgrace to the Industry. Do NOT be suckered into working with "Dynamite" because he is friendly and kind. And learn from my lesson, NEVER pay him upfront.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would.

I paid Strong Wind Roofing a $25,353.55 deposit for a full roof replacement at my home in Lawton, OK — and almost a year and a half later it is STILL not done.

The contract was signed in early March 2024, with a promised start date that same month. It is now over a year later, and Strong Wind Roofing has failed to show up, deliver any supplies, or take a single step toward fulfilling their legal obligations. Multiple follow-ups, a formal demand letter, and requests for accountability have all been ignored.

This company is not just unprofessional — they are dangerously unethical. Taking over $25,000 from a homeowner and walking away with no explanation is not only a breach of contract, it’s the kind of behavior that borders on fraud.

I’ve already initiated formal complaints with:

1. The Oklahoma Construction Industries Board

2. The Oklahoma Attorney General

3. The Better Business Bureau

And am preparing for legal arbitration and civil litigation

If you are reading this and considering hiring them — don’t. Protect your home and your money. There are plenty of reputable contractors in Lawton. Strong Wind Roofing is not one of them.

Let this be a warning: If you pay upfront, you may never see your money — or your "Dynamite" — again.

Strong wind roofing came by after we had a few hail storms, we decided to go with Mr “dynamite” and he led us to believe we were getting such an amazing deal. He sent a crew out and had them replace my roof with but never came back to finish the job of the car port or anything even after he told us several times that he would make this right he never showed up. Long story short, DONT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT YOUR WORK DONE. Bunch of crooks they are.
