The roof installation went well, but when we discovered a new leak less than 4 months after the installation, Strickland become unresponsive. He confirmed that the roof was under warranty for 5 years following install and that he would send someone to inspect the roof, but then never contacted me and ignored my calls, texts, and voicemails.

Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. We sure wish we did.

BEWARE All I got from Stricklands is Excuses-Dishonesty Lied Too Over charged and Ripped off.stricklands roofing did a horrible job I was severly ripped off they charged for insulation that was never installed .,the roof leaked I called them to fix and they never showed up . They drove screws thru my beautiful toung and grove cedar ceiling when I ask them to remove the screws they burned holes in my furniture useing a grinder and hot screws dropping ,they refused to admit.it was once a good company until the old man’s druggie son took over and takes no pride in the business or work he is a total rip off the county inspector even told them to make things right with my roof but they never did .within 6 months of Strickland rip off roof job and water pouring into my home ,R & K roofing came and replaced everything and did an amazing top quality job providing photos proving Strickland chargers me thousands for insulation they never installed any

Rick and his team were absolutely amazing from start to finish! Even dealing with my difficult insurance company. They completed my new roof, new screen enclosure and even made sure my solar was placed back on my roof safely. The entire team went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were satisfied! I would highly recommend his company to anyone!

We also used his team a couple years ago for new tile work and fence replacement and it was a flawless job! Don’t search anywhere else, this company has got you covered!

Rick and his team were professional and completed on time. The shingle company had a few people out with COVID and could not deliver as planned. Rick’s crew hand loaded the singles on the roof. This was an added expense for him that he absorbed to hold his price and completion date. I was so impressed as were my neighbors that 3 of my neighbors had Strickland do their roof. Inspections and sign offs occurred as planned. I highly recommend giving them an opportunity to do your roof!
