For some reason we had a scheduling issue and something got messed up on their system. Anyhow, I called and they quickly made it right and rectified the oversight. Happy to see how quickly they made this right. The inspector did a great job and helped us to get some items addressed with new construction. I highly recommend Stephen for your home and pool inspections. He did a very thorough job and provides a very detailed report with lots of pictures. We also had him inspect our new pool. He puts on a mask and snorkel and does a very comprehensive pool inspection including a leak test. Scheduling was very easy. He is very professional and friendly. He takes time to walk you through all the issues he finds and explains why they need to be fixed. We also used him previously for our pre dry wall inspection and had the same great experience.

I did not know that it would be wise to have a home inspector when building a new home. I called Steele & Associates and guess what . . . Stephan called me back the same day!
