Streamline Renovations

Think twice. Everything was good in the beginning (of course they want the $$ and the job, full of promises of their work ethics/workmanship) Not sure really how long he has truly been doing renovations, but I question is ability and knowledge. Had him do a large renovation at our property. His finishes are lacking quality, when he does deck work there’s cut ends showing -doesn’t think things through thoroughly (minimal planning/or drawings) and then just blames it on you. If you’re the professional take accountability on how your finishes are going to end up looking like. Don’t expect the kcustomer to tell you how it’s supposed to be, especially if pictures are shown to you. His workmanship isn’t clean. Wood cuts are rough, the black spindles for the railings he cut too short and then uses a sharpie marker to cover up the metal showing from his sloppy cuts. Also, had our eaves, soffits, fascia done (hire someone who specializes in it) the troughs were pouring water on so many areas, and not properly graded-showed pictures and videos and he said he would come back, for 3 weeks he made excuse’s. Just another “honey doer handyman” that doesn’t stand by his workmanship. And his “team” another story. Bunch of kids that have to be watched and even then screw things up and waste material and also damage things. It’s

Hired him to do my roof. Was a terrible decision. He NEVER finished it. I can't even make this up. My ROOF! He was prepared to just let my home be destroyed over the winter. He stopped replying after a while, just like another reviewer said.

He literally left me scrambling to get it done (by someone else) before it snowed last year and...after stringing me along for 2 months. Do NOT trust him.

It was 6 weeks until I got the rest of my product due to backorder. Which I took full responsibility for .I kept you informed the entire time. You were replying to my updates, CONFIRMED it was still your intention to come back and fix it, then claimed your whole family was sick, then you were on vacation. And then you stopped replying. I HAVE the texts. You had plenty of time to mention you were moving. Or even to just be a man and tell me you were bailing. But you decided to just stop replying instead.
