The warranty program and the bi annual services agreements, ensure that your roof is managed, inspected and warranty! The roof is white, so it reflects the sun during the hot summer months yet the rubberization creates a barrier to help control heat costs in the winter! Highly recommended!

Our church hired Austin Roofing in the spring of 2024 with work tentatively scheduled to begin in July. The project was to prepare and install a rubber membrane on a flat portion of our church roof. They were able to complete the job ahead of schedule and on budget with a crew that were experienced and professional. Owner, Patrick Austin was knowledgable and answered all of our questions and concerns. We look forward to a leak-free roof for years to come.

We were looking to have our church roof in Etobicoke repaired. It had an older membrane overtop of the existing roof. Entire replacement was not in the budget and the guys at Austin offered the perfect solution for us.....a spray on rubber membrane.
They first taped all the existing seams and areas needed to seal it up, then they applied their 2 coat process which includes a white finish.....No more leaks!!
We had dealt with previous roofing companies before and also other contractors. Typically when a time frame is given to start the job it takes quite a bit longer to start than the given time, we do understand that with all trades jobs get delayed quite a bit.
However the guys at Austin were able to start and finish the job earlier than expected! We were quite surprised and pleased with this!
They did a great job, it has been about a year so far with no issues!

Earlier today, I made a call to inquire about a quote for roof repair. However, the woman who answered the phone displayed unprofessional behavior by interrupting me multiple times and hanging up on me twice with the words “we do not need estimator”. Despite my attempts to communicate my needs clearly, I was disappointed by the lack of respect and courtesy shown towards me during this call. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with professionalism and I hope that the organization takes necessary steps to improve their customer service standards in the future.

They did our roof for us in the summer. There used to be leaks until they fixed it. One day after the repair was done there was a heavy rainstorm and we went to check to see if there was any leak coming through the roof and there was no leak. They solved our issue and were fast doing so and very reliable. Do not have a picture of it on hand right now but they did an amazing job in painting the roof in white!

Our experience was amazing. A group of workers came and completed the job in a few days. Our centre is now waterproofed and much cooler on those hot days! I would recommend Austin roofing to anyone that is looking to get quality work.
