This is a great company for your roofing needs. Brent, their slope roof manager, spent 5 months helping me with my insurance claim. He was thorough, detailed, straight forward, and responsive. My flat roof was eventually replaced with a Class 4 impact resistant material. The installation crew, headed by Frankie, was efficient, courteous, and did a great job. I highly recommend this company.

Doug is amazing! We have had several roofs come look at our roof to see why our bathroom vent was leaking. A few never called back after the consultation and one had us do an insurance claim and when insurance denied the work they were all the sudden too busy to help us. Doug came by to check out the issue and the next day he fixed it! I'm so happy we can finally fix all the drywall in our bathroom now. Highly recommend Strait Line Roofing!

Would recommend Strait Line Roofing/Doug Gray - 3,000sqft roof plus new gutters were installed in less than 1 day. Workmanship was top notch, and the crew did a great job of not trashing my yard - they keep things picked up throughout the process. Doug stopped by throughout the day to make sure the project was proceeding as planned and if we had any issues. Further, Doug was very patient in working with my insurance company - not abandoning me. Doug did not require payment until the project was fully complete - I was 100% satisfied and the project passed inspection.

Doug made this the easiest thing we have had to do with our house. Our old roof and new roof were torn off and replaced in less than 5 hours and this included waiting for JeffCo to show up for an inspection. My husband and I wanted a color on our roof that isn't normally shipped to Colorado. Doug made it happen.

Quoted a job at $10,000. I felt it was too much given it was a few hour job and low materials; he said wont happen for less but said get another quote. Got it done for $2,500 from a larger company. He might do good work; but get two quotes to keep them honest.

Doug is just awesome. We had water leaks in two areas of our house. I called Straight Line and Doug fit me immediately as he was driving between jobs he was at my house in 20 min. He was honest and told me my roof was in good shape and fixed the issues quickly. I couldn’t recommend him more strongly.

Highly recommend this company. During a busy time Doug was able to make time for a very small repair. Communication was excellent and he provided pictures of the before and after work. Will use Strait Line Roofing again, and reccomed them to family and friends.

When my roof got hit by a big hail storm, I was pretty nervous about dealing with all of the less than trustworthy roofers out there. I'm so glad I found Doug at Strait Line roofing who made the entire process go extremely smooth. He dealt directly with my insurance company to be sure the estimate made sense and included all items required by local code. He kept me updated while getting supplies ordered, and then got a date on the calendar and stuck to it. Then, on the day of the install his crew arrived right on time and worked extrememly hard all day long and did a great job. They finished my large roof in one day, and cleaned up the area around my house better then I ever hoped(compared to my neighbors who used a different company and have tons of junk and nails all around their house still). On top of all that, Doug installed four attic vents at no charge. He is always responsive via email or phone to all of my questions. I could not recommend more highly!

He Offered some options of what we could do and didn’t push us to decide. He sent an estimate within 24 hours. Doug Gray took very good care of us with a total roof & gutter replacement from storm damage. He handled everything from meeting the insurance adjuster to scheduling delivery, work crews (who were all very professional), permits & inspections. Best Roofing Company! Working with Doug at Strait Line Roofing was the most positive experience we have had with a contractor--and we've worked with many over the years. He was professional, responsive (he actually answered my calls), and was flexible with our difficult schedule as we were having some remodel work done with changing completion dates. He and his crew showed up when they said they would and they finished the roof earlier than expected. Doug was on-site twice during the roofing job, ensuring all went smoothly. The person he uses for gutters (Kenny's Seamless Gutters) did a fantastic job! We are very happy with this company and would recommend them to anyone needing roof work done.

I had my roof done in 2016, the crew worked quickly to get it installed and were respectful of our home and neighbors. The clean up was amazing and they even combed the lawn and rocks with a magnet to pick up any nails or metal. They were prompt with quotes and follow up.
