My roof was replaced by SAE NTX. From start to finish, they were a pleasure to work with.

Their employee Jeff handled everything for me. He was explained the process clearly in a way that was easily understood. He was polite, diligent, and professional in handling my case. He really went to bat for me with my insurance company when it became apparent that not only my shingles needed replacing, but that my roof deck was damaged needed replacing, too. I was extremely pleased with all my dealings with Jeff.

On construction day, the crew was on time and professional. They were remarkably fast in peeling off the old deck, putting on the new deck, and replacing all my shingles. They were thorough and quick with the construction job. They took care of cleanup and left my property pristine and free of all debris.

It has been three months and several rough spring storms since they replaced my roof, and it is holding up perfectly.
