This review is long overdue. I was so angry and needed time. We hired Jake for siding, windows and new doors in 2021. He took a half down deposit from us and the fight began. Work was supposed to start in the summer 2021 but it did not. After chasing him for far to long we came to the conclusion that he had no intention of doing any of the work. We began the long fight and we're able to bring felony theft charges against him along with three other families. He plead innocent until jail time was on the table. The justice system worked for us, we were all paid back.
The worst part of all of this is he is still stealing people's money!!! I have been contacted by two families just this week asking for any advice we can give them. My advice DON'T GIVE UP!!!! He has to be stopped!!!! He is a criminal!!!
We had them replace 11 windows. His crew did an amazing job. The price was so reasonable. We are so happy
Stevens installed a new 30 Year IKO roof on our home a number of years ago
and since then shingles have been coming loose and falling off on an annual basis. They were not properly installed. Stevens came out a number of times to fix them early on but not any more. I have been fixing them myself and I’m too old for that. Very dissatisfied.
