I don't know where to start with Steve but it would have to be character. I had 4 other bids on my deck before I met Steve. First he has amazing prices and his personality and absolutely genuine and real. I knew instantly I wanted him to build my deck because I knew he would put care into what he does. He made the whole process pain free and the whole process (permit, install and inspection) took only a week. Absolutely great guy who I will use again for future home projects.
