Great job on roof! It changed the whole look of the house, roof looked new again. Black mold stain came off so quickly with their chemical solution. O would definitely recommend this company for roof restoration cleaning.

Very pleased with the job that they performed for me. My gutters are now clean of debris . . It was a major concern . And the cage surrounding the pool and privacy fence near the property are spotless. It is important to me that the exterior looks fabulous . Chad was the greatest as was the crew on the team.

Soap & Sea just power washed my lanai deck covered in pavers. they then sanded and sealed the pavers so they look as good as new. They were professional, and the results are excellent! I will have them do other work and redo the lanai again when needed.

I can say enough positive. Very professional approach during the estimate on an outdoor stone kitchen hood that was covered in soot. I was also able to get an estimate on my entire property from pavers to pool deck to windows. The outdoor hood came out amazing using low pressure cleaning and looks brand new. Highly recommend!

I think the cost for a 30 minute job is outrageous $350. This is not the going rate in Ormond Beach to clean gutters for a manufactured home !! This was a miscommunication on the part of my daughter and Chad has graciously straightened it out.

Soap & Sea cleaned my windows, screens, and my back patio yesterday. They sent a wonderful young gentleman who did a bang up job.
. I was away for five months and hurricane Milton spent 7 hours hovering over our city. My house windows, screens, & screened patio were all unbelievably filthy from the wind and debris. Soap & Sea did a wonderful job.cleaning this horrible mess. Everything is sparkling.

The crew arrived on time and quickly set to work. It was amazing to see the view from our windows when they were done. Living this close to the ocean our windows are of always covered with mist. And of course all sorts airborne dust sticks. All of my interactions with this company have been pleasant, professional, and they deliver on what they promise. I was having my gutters replaced and Leaf Guards added in the afternoon and realized I should have the roof cleaned pre install of the gutters and guards. Soap and Sea did a fantastic job cleaning the exterior of my house on April 10. This time I used Soap & Sea to clean the house, soffits, window trim, and roof tile on the house. They even took extra time to fully clean some mud dauber nests on the stucco, and now you can't tell the nests were even there.
