I ordered 19ea 40ft trusses that is $7900 value, but some of metal plates sit on wrong place, and to bond 2ea 2x6, they need 7 or 8x8 metal plate, but they used 4x4 plate, i called and requested to be fixed, but unfortunately they don't to fix as sending technician or replacement, but giving repair sheathing, as i paid full price, i didn't expect this service, if there is 0 star, i
definitely shall give 0 star.
They don't fix it, i will report BBB too
