STAY AWAY FOR FLAT ROOFS.
I deleted my original review at first as I became aware that my attic leak was being driven largely by mortar failure and not the roof. However, now, having had 7 roofers come by, it's clear that there are still some major roof issues that make this a shoddy install only 7 years into the roof's lifespan.
1. No tape used at the upper edge meaning a hole formed into my attic
2. Termination bar not installed correctly meaning small leaks in the flashing itself
3. The TPO should have been run up and over the parapet walls fully. This would have prevented all mortar-related water intrusion.

Standard roofing made it all so easy for us.What a great crew, great work.Great clean up. I am so happy with the outcome.And with the great work ethic they all had. I would recommend them ten stars.

Dustin was responsive and quick with a quote. It was quickly apparent he had absorbed his tow generation family business of knowledge and gave insightful observations of a difficult roof design that had created prior problems that others had been incapable of correcting.

Dustin is very professional and readily shares his experiences. Makes good recommendations but still allows customer to make his/ her own choices. Only recommendation I would make would be to keep a person on job site who speaks English.

He and his foreman responded within 24 hours to look at my roofing issue on a Friday and the next Monday his employee arrived and made the needed flashing/roof repair. The employee was professional and courteous and completed the work and cleanup in less than an hour.

Excellent service all around. Quick and on time for the estimate, displayed the proper knowledge for the job, and quick to get the job on the books and completed as promised. Very solid performance all around. The crew did a great job of cleaning up and leaving everything as they found it…and Dustin did a final nail sweep when he came back to check on their work. They did a good job cutting out any rotted wood, and they painted my vent stacks black which was a nice touch. Fair prices and great on-time work, you can’t ask for much more than that.

Quick to respond, very good with communication, and within a few days had the team out to take a look at my roof. When it was determined to be a window, not a roof problem, they did their best to temporarily fix the issue (caulked the hell out of a window) and let me know what was going on and that it was not in their realm of service. Great to work with and would use again and recommend to all.

I could not recommend this company more! Dustin managed to get me a same day quote and have the work completed on a VERY short notice. Roof looks awesome no more leaks and they replaced the plywood that was needed at the leaking spots. Clean up was good ran a magnet through the yard as we have little ones that run barefoot 24/7! I was able to coordinate with him in terms of roofing color, type, cost, and add-ons (ridge vent and drip edge) all through text and phone calls!
The entire roof was able to be replaced without me being there, and I was told of any wood rot and wood sheets while they were there! (He informed me of the possibility and associated cost ahead of time!)

Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend the service and team! If I even need another roof, this is where I’ll go!

Called Dustin for a quote and opinion on our 22 year old roof. He was very responsive and showed up when he said he was and gave his honest opinion without pressuring us into doing anything we didn’t want to do. Experienced a leak recently when we had 30 mph wind blowing out of the south. Texted Dustin and he responded to me within 30 minutes after hours. Even though they are slammed with work, his crew came and took care of the leak even though they didn’t cause the issue.
