SRT Building and Renovation just completed our second bathroom renovation, and I could not be happier. They completed our first bathroom reno in 2022 and of course I called Mario again for the second bathroom that was just completed Oct 2024. Mario and his team are the best. His team showed up on time every morning at 8:00 until the job was completed. The job was SEAMLESS. Mario always answered my texts and phone calls and would show up on job site for progress inspections and to answer any questions or concerns. They prepped and covered the rest of the interior of the house so that it would not be affected by the bathroom construction. The tilework and the craftsmanship on construction is phenomenal. I HIGHLY recommend SRT and Mario. They are absolutely THE BEST.

We had our kitchen remodeled by the SRT team. We were a bit nervous about it since this was our first big remodel. They were amazing from beginning to end. The communication was always clear, the timing of the remodel was spot on, they were very clean which was very important to us, and they were honest and easy to work with. We highly recommend Mario and his team and look forward to working with them again.

SRT did a major renovation project for us as well as adding a new master bathroom and walk in closet. We could not be more pleased working with them and the outcome of both projects.

I am an architect. I designed an accessory dwelling unit to replace the garage at my home in Santa Monica. I bid the project to 3 GCs. SRT prepared the best proposal including detailed costs. I hired them and they started work at the beginning of Covid. They did an amazing job and finished on schedule. Rain or Shine they show up and do great work.

SRT definitely deserves a 5 Star rating! They enlarged our small den in our Westchester home to a nice size bedroom adding a beautiful new bathroom. Also remodeled our very dated guest bathroom to modern new one.
Our detached garage was also extended. SRT handled all of the work from start to finish from foundations,framing, roofing, electrical, plumbing and flooring.
Mario kept us posted on progress through-out the project. He was always available for calls. Everyone showed up on time and were very nice to work with! We are very happy with all of their work and highly recommend them for your projects!!

SRT turned out to be more and better than I could have imagined.. Mario remodeled, and turned our 7000sf house into a dream home. Nothing was out of the question ! He made it all happen with utmost professionalism, and excellence. He is knowledgeable, reliable, organized, clean, and honest. He gained our full trust shortly after we met him. We could then relax and trust him to do an excellent job, and we were not disappointed.
Also, he made himself available to receive our calls 24/7.
His staff were all well trained, professional, and very clean.

SRT Building first managed our remodel of our 1955 Redondo Beach house. We were so elated as to how nice our home turned out that we engaged with them again on an addition of that same house. Their work was excellent and everyone with whom we have shown our 'new house' have asked for their contact information to do the same for them. SRT does fantastic work. My wife and I bought a 100 year old arts and crafts house in LA and worked with SRT to remodel a bathroom, update the roof, update electric, update plumbing, and various other remodel projects. We use SRT for all of our big house projects. They are honest, direct, efficient, and they get the job done. They are very responsive and are great partners in our house remodel.
