It is easy to be satisfied when everything goes as planned, but it means so much more when you are satisfied despite problems. That's where I find myself with Spokane Roofing Company.

I hired them to not only fix wind damage to one side of my roof, but to ensure that it stopped happening. They inspected then gave me a quote a time they could show up. I agreed and they showed up, did in less time that they said they would, and were pleasant and professional the entire time.

Then it got windy. REALLY windy. Within three days of the newly finished roof I had shingles flapping and the video to back it up. I left a message since it was after hours. They returned my call the next morning and had someone out shortly thereafter. They inspected and didn't argue that it was a problem and that they would fix it. It wasn't their fault that the sealant hadn't yet had the warmth to fully adhere for stability, but they were going to make it right anyway. And they did. They sent two guys out who spent the day adding extra sealant all along that side of the roof.

No more flapping in the wind.

Spokane Roofing applied a 60 Mil TPO GAF product on our three car garage in December of 2019. Large sized and number of wrinkles appeared gradually in the next month or so. We were told by a Spokane Roofing employee when the roof was first inspected that is was "one of the worst installations" he had seen. Since that point, Jeff Sitton, owner, stated wrinkles are "normal" in winter installations and they will do nothing about it. We were sent a note of apology for any inconvenience and a certificate for dinner out.

When further pressed, Jeff Sitton contacted GAF. We got a letter from the manufacturer saying "wrinkles are normal" but we received no response to our questions concerning this specific roof i.e. had they seen pictures of it?

Frustrating.
I started the process of concern and compliant almost a year ago now. Long delays, promises to address the issue, and non-responsiveness.

Don't hire this company.

The guys that came and did my roof went over the top to insure we were happy! Not only does our roof look amazing but we didn't have to worry about any nails or any mess left. The surrounded our whole house with tarps even went as far as to flip garbage cans upside down over our new flowers. They ran a giant magnet over everything before they left each day to make sure nothing was left on the ground. Just a amazing job over all!

Spokane Roofing was not my lowest bid but I chose them because of the confidence I felt with the estimator that was sent out.
My house is 100+ years old, steep pitch with four add-ons, and four previous layers on the front and five on the back.

At first we were very impressed with the communication and professionalism of this company. The roof turned out very well, we have no complaints with it. It looks fantastic. However, the roofers made a huge mess with tear off. They scraped the side of the house, there was garbage in the yard, and they scratched a new picture window we had just put it. They did replace it and have some
Guys come back and do some clean up which we were thankful for. They did try to make up for the problems and that was good, however we felt like a lot of the problems could have been avoided from the start. We were expecting some debris and dust which we know is normal but the amount of dust and damage seemed a little extreme. All in all, they did a good job in the roof and tried to make up for the damages but it was a bit of a hassle.

Very professional company. They fixed my roof in a timely manner. Communication was excellent and they obviously have expertise in more difficult roofing projects like mine.

I’m absolutely shocked is all I can say. I had new windows and roofing done and when I came back to see the work the first thing I noticed everything single brand new window was completely dirty from the roofing material. I even took a closer look, and some of the windows were scratched and had marks on them. Even my siding is damaged on one part of the house. They stomped on all of my flowers left nails and roofing material all of over. I’m shocked that they even are still in business.

Spokane Roofing was great to work with. They were quick to get us an accurate bid and timely in completing the work. We live in Montana and despite managing this project on our rental remotely, it was easy to complete as the company was responsive and detailed in their communication. We are so glad to have found them. Nicole especially was excellent and I would recommend them to anyone.

After interviewing several roofing companies I hired Spokane Roofing Co. to re-roof my house and am glad I did. The first thing I liked is that they use their own in house crew and did not sub-contract the job out. Nicole was in contact throughout the entire job, and whenever I had a question she was only a phone call away. Their crew was fantastic! They were friendly and polite, very careful to cover up my plants around the house before they started, they were here early every morning and worked very hard even through horrible heat. When the job was done they cleaned up the yard of all the debris. You'd never know they were there. Most of all though, the roof looks great. I'm very happy with my experience.

Met Nicole from Spokane Roofing (SR) at the Spokane Home Show. I obtained bids from several roofing companies in the Spokane area. Nicole was very professional and competitive. SR even provided a Veteran Discount! Nicole was absolutely outstanding and easy to work with. SR had top of the line products to choose and compare. The crew removed my old roof and replaced with top quality roofing materials in 3-days. Nicole was on site every morning ensuring that the crew and project was moving along smoothly. The entire work crew was courteous and very clean. Absolutely no mess, stray nails or damage to my lawn or shrubs. I highly recommend Nicole for your roofing needs!

This is one of the worst contractors I have ever dealt with. First of all, I live in Seattle, WA and own a rental property in Spokane and due to logistics I decided to use the internet to find a decent company who could fix my roof. Their project manager Nicole never called me not even once, nor did she email me until two weeks later the morning of. On 11/1/2018 at 7:00AM Nicole called me and left me a voicemail that In 10 minutes she was sending out her guys over to my house. By Washington State law I am required to give my tenants reasonable notice at least 24-72 hours for someone to come onto their property. Nicole knee that I had tenants in my unit and completely disregarded that. How would you like not to be notified and some strangers to show up at your property at 7:30AM, you would be pretty surprised! After that, she decided to buy the materials necessary to fix my roof without my approval. In addition to that, when I asked her whether she would give me any warranty or anything of the sort she told me there was no warranty and they were going to install shingles next day. When I asked her if they would cover my roof in any way since it would be raining the next day she said no. For everyone's information although roofing companies might not give you warranty they will at least give you manufacturers warranty or guarantee you to come out there for free and at least look at your roof if anything happened. When a roofing company doesn't even give you manufacturers warranty that means their roofers aren't certified with that manufacturer to install it properly. When I finally got frustrated enough with her lack of proper communication and that this company didn't want to wait until a different day when it wasn't raining to install nor would they give me any sort of guarantee meanwhile charging me a whooping $970 I decided not to work with them. Well they send me an invoice stating that I owe them $136 for coming out to my property. I wrote Nicole an email stating that she never informed me in any way in advance that they were coming out there on 11/1/2018 and it has been two weeks since I had any sort of communication with her. Guess what- she never replied! They charged me for a service that they never informed me of, you can't simply show up at someone's property without even letting them know in advance. Luckily for me I called two more companies who came out to my house for FREE! If a roofing company has to charge you for coming out and just looking at your roof that means that's how they rip you off.

Customer Sevice Excellence, Workmanship Fantastic. Nicole is the one who listens to what you’re expectation are of what you as a home owner wants. She knows her stuff.
The details of what I asked for was perfect. The crew did a fabulous job and then some to make it perfect for my home. Great Communication on both ends.
Could not tell that the Roofers were at my house, did a great job on the clean up as well.

McGillivray Environmental would like to give a huge THANK YOU to the entire crew at Spokane Roofing!!! The roof on this 7900 sq ft building has leaked since the day Kip McGillivray purchased it.....about 17 years ago. We have had multiple contractors try and repair the roof to little avail, until Spokane Roofing fixed it!!! The staff was fast, courteous and always kept in contact with what the situation was. We called this company for a shingle repair job And had been given an estimate over the phone based on the number of bundles of shingles we thought we needed. Because our pictures weren't clear, someone came out yesterday to look at them more closely. Today he called us back and told us these shingles weren't stocked here and they'd be twice as much and he could only get them from Olympia. Apparently these aren't very common. After feeling somewhat outraged, I made a few phone calls myself and found 300 bundles in Spokane Valley for very little more than the regular shingles of that type. Apparently, someone else had called on those same shingles some earlier. I would HIGHLY suggest doing your homework to make sure you are dealing with a reputable company, as this one, in my opinion, is not.

We got our entire roof replaced on our 3 story house. Difficult pitch and very high up, but Spokane Roofing did an amazing job. David (I think is his name) is the foreman for residential roofing for the company and he seemed to care alot more about quality work vs speed and quantity. Very happy with Spokane Roofing overall, roof looks great.

Spokane Roofing Company just finished a complete re-roofing of our business. Our roof was difficult as it is relatively flat with lots of extra vintage signage sitting on the roof as well as an air conditioner and other things. We also have massive 2 feet thick granite walls that extend several feet above our roofline. I was exceedingly impressed with this company from the time their commercial sales representative showed up to give us a bid to the time they finished the project. Their bid came in way under their competitors in price and my research into their company was positive. They were fast and responsive. I had a quote within 2 hours of calling them. Whenever I called their office, a receptionist answered (they actually have office staff!) and the commercial sales rep always answered his direct line. Their workers on the job site were polite and professional. And boy did they work! We never saw them loitering around and sloughing off. They were always working hard. They totally cleaned up every day and the finished project looks absolutely beautiful. I am so impressed with this company! It is good to know there are actually people out there that know how to work hard and take pride in their work. Kudos to Spokane Roofing!
