Specialty Group Liberty Lake

We recently needed insulation for both our attic and crawlspace areas in our Mead/Greenbluff area home. We obtained quotes from 3 companies, and chose Specialty Group due to the thoroughness, professionalism and accurate estimate from Mark McDonald. We were very satisfied by the continued professionalism and care given by Chris H and Ethan who conducted the actual work within a few days. They were very careful to respect our home and cleanliness while carrying materials in, and did an awesome job. The whole process was seamless and the benefits of the work are evident immediately with our heating bill savings!

Specialty Insulation did a great job on our recent attic insulation project and it was just in time for this very cold weather in Spokane. Thank you Chris, Ethan and Mark. You guys were great. You all were were very courteous and professional and explained the project in detail. Chris and Ethan even noticed that some older insulation had fallen off in the attic, and they were able to use that insulation to help insulate a wall that is above our kitchen that butts against the raised ceiling. My wife and I are very pleased, and we already notice a huge difference in the house. Our bedroom is no longer an ice box. Thank you.

We wanted to have our home tested for any possible air quality issues due to long running asthma issues. We asked Specality Group if they did that type of testing. Cole Speer came to our home in Liberty Lake, listened to our concerns. With a devise to test and evaluate the air for several issues, and were shown a report and later received a written report. Fortunately we found no problems. We appreciated Cole's good counsel and the fact that he took our concerns seriously.

I had the privilege of working with Manuel, Chris, and Jesse the past couple of days as they worked on a project in my home. Manuel communicated frequently with me to check on the status of the project, while Chris and Jesse were hard at work in the attic.

The team exceeded my expectations in all areas. They were professional, informative, and had wonderful attitudes. I couldn't ask for better service, and I'm so grateful that I chose Specialty Environmental to perform this work.

The insulation employees sprayed blow-in insulation all over the finished area of my shop and everything that was inside the shop. They did not adequately clean up the mess and instead just left the site without talking to me first (the home owner). I called the salesman after they left, texted and left a message but did not get a call back. I also stopped at the company office in Liberty Lake with payment and asked that a manager or supervisor call me to discuss the situation. I let the office staff know that I was not happy and had to spend days cleaning up the mess. A month has gone by and nobody has reached out to me (they certainly cashed our check).

Areas of the shop also did not appear to contain a minimum of 18" of insulation as agreed in the work order.

Manuel came and gave us a price with options. He explained the whole process and Quickly answered all questions we had latter in the process. Jesse and Chris were the techs that came and did the work. Super nice. Quick. Clean. Just a joy to have around,

Specialty Insulation again did a great job of blowing insulation in my house a garage attics. My 1990's house needed to be brought of to today's standards. I could feel the difference the next morning. My Garage never had attic insulation...so my car is happy too! The two men that came to my hope were very efficient and knowledgeable in dealing with my unique attic space. I used Specialty over 30 years ago and was glad they were still in business today.

Manuel came out to perform our blower door test. He got us in within a week of when we called and was very thorough in going over anything we could do to improve efficiency. Good experience!

Specialty handled all aspects of a recent new build and in the end we passed the door test to get below 2.0. Could not have done it without them - thanks Manuel! Watch the hourly wagers tho, baffles installed wrong on first go but they got it sorted. Recommend.

Great Service! The Estimator came out quickly, bid the job both for removal of old insulation and replacement of insulation at a later date after other attic work was done. Very timely response to request for quote. Guys arrived on time and completed insulation in timely fashion. Very pleased with result. Would refer to my friends looking for insulation.

Having just moved into a place with a brand new, and not yet insulated metal shop, I started the process of finding a contractor who could do the job. After about two weeks of searching, leaving my name and number and rarely receiving a call back, I checked on Angie's List and found Specialty Insulation. They replied to me the same day and we arranged for the salesman, Jordan Richardson, to drop my and give me an estimate. I was very happy with the two types of insulation services they offered and went with the R21 Fiberglass insulation with a WMP VR-R wrap covering. The job was started within a week and finished in three-days, despite the recent cold snap with temps in the negative numbers. The installers were curious, professional and always on time and great to talk too. I'm very happy with the job they did, and my shop looks fantastic, plus, its warm! I would highly recommend Specialty Insulation!

Friendly, professional, helpful staff throughout every step from getting and estimate through completion of the project. Crews came and removed all of our old attic insulation, then another crew came in and installed all new insulation. Everyone was helpful, flexible, answered any questions we had, and addressed all of our concerns. We would gladly recommend Specialty Insulation to others.

Hired them to drill holes in existing drywall, fill with insulation and seal the holes. They fit me into the schedule when I needed it and did a good job and the improvement to the sound insulation was great. Clean up was pretty good considering what was done. I would use them again.

I've had my home for 30 years and decided to look into having more insulation blown into my attic to take advantage of the Avista rebate. I called Specialty to come by to look at what I had and how much more I would need. They came at no charge. I was totally amazed when the representative (Tom) informed me that the R value that I had was good and that I didn't actually need anymore. It would have been very easy for him to rip me off installing more insulation, as I wouldn't have any way of knowing the difference. While he was here he also helped me by figuring out why I've been having an ice dam and a large amount of ice cicles every Winter in one certain area on my roof. I'd been looking at the roof and attic all this time and it was actually a problem that I have inside the house, which will be an easy fix. No charge from him for that much appreciated information either. It's not often we come across an actual honest and reliable company these days.

The employees are very helpful and know exactly what their doing. I would recommend specialty to all my friends and family
