I recently had all of the old gutters and downspouts on my home removed and replaced by SPG Roofing and Exteriors, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, the communication was excellent. Hunter Smith, my rep, was professional, responsive, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and did a great job with the installation. After the work was completed, Hunter personally came out to inspect everything and make sure I was fully satisfied with the results—a small detail that went a long way.

We had a great experience working with Grady. He was very easy to communicate with and he was transparent with the whole process of our exterior repair and painting. It was a big job and our house looks excellent. The painting crew has exceptional attention to detail, and we couldn’t be happier with their work.

I made one phone call and Chase came out that day and I had an estimate by the end of the day. After approval, they had the job completed before I could tell my wife they were doing the work. After the job was complete, Chase came back out to inspect and everything was perfect - just as they promised. Chase was great to work with. The whole process was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from start to finish.

Amazing experience with SPG from start to finish. Called in with an inspection request for possible hail damage. They had an inspector on site within 24 hours. He got us the report quickly and identified hail damage to the roof and gutters. We placed a claim with our insurance. A representative from SPG met with our insurance adjuster on-site. Once the claim was approved, we had a meeting with SPG to choose our new shingles and go over other options. The communication was great throughout the process. The day before install the materials were delivered and the placed a dump trailer in our driveway. The install was done in one day. The crew took great care of our property, covering our plants and deck and cleaned up thoroughly. Everything looks amazing! Thanks to everyone at SPG for a great experience. I will gladly recommend them to everyone I know.

I have gotten a new roof gutters and a window and they did an awesome job. In February they fixed my chimney. This company is professional and genuinely and awesome team to work with. I will continue to use them for all my repair needs. And I would highly recommend them to others.

With the recent big snow storm and then another small storm a few days after that, I had noticed some ice damming and I was concerned about it. I contacted SPG and Jeremy came out not even 24 hours later to brush the snow off of my roof and he gave me some pointers on how to prevent it from happening and/or damaging my roof. Chris Sheets and his team helped to address a leak that stopped a flooring project I had before hosting Christmas. We found the leak that damaged sub-flooring as the project began. I called SPG, and Chris showed up that evening to understand the issues and worked with us to address the leak quickly in time for the flooring crew to finish before Christmas.

Chris is the most impressive contractor I have worked with in my time on house repairs. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and proactive.

Steve Redinbo and Courtney Smith did an excellent job with communication on the process to get my storm damage roof replaced. I highly recommend SPG Roofing for their great customer service and outstanding job on my roof.

First time doing business with SPG. Worked with Jeremy Hilton over several weeks, and he was very attentive (persistent without being obnoxious, always quick to respond). After nailing down the product details and price for a roof and gutter replacement job, everything went smoothly. I spotted several workers taking additional time on smaller details that most miss, so I’m happy to leave a glowing review. Crews looked great and arrived/departed exactly when SPG predicted and cleaned up well.

I’d introduced some ventilation modifications that are surely unusual, and they didn’t appear to be communicated effectively on installation day. I caught the issue on the morning of installation, snagged a crew member for a quick chat, and got exactly the result I’d hoped for. Doing bespoke stuff in construction where language barriers tend to exist usually goes this way, and thankfully I was prepared. I don’t really ding SPG for this miss. Things happen, no harm done, no foul. I anticipate where important things may go wrong and made myself available for this reason.

In the past three years, as the geek people call for answers/former HOA board president, I’ve worked with seven other roofing companies for installations and have had quotes from three more. I installed roofs in my youth. I can name most of the products from most of the vendors and have strong, arguably well-informed opinions about many of them. With that background out of the way, I'll say our experience with SPG has easily ranked among my favorite, and you probably shouldn't have any concerns about SPG's professionalism or job execution. Next time I find myself roped into another roof/gutter/siding job I’m not equipped to tackle, they’ll probably be my first call. As far as I can tell, SPG appears to be an exceptionally well-run company.

SPG Roofing and Interiors did an AMAZING job in their repair of our house after treefall damage. They came out IMMEDIATELY upon hearing of our roofing damage, bringing the right equipment to survey, capture and analyze the damage. They worked closely with our insurance company to properly quote and represent our rights in what costs were necessary to remediate our roof and structure damage, as well as the associated interior damage. Finally they presented a clear invoice that spelled out everything that had been done and was due. I compliment Jackson, Chase and Courtney and thank them for a JOB WELL DONE!

Several years ago, SPG replaced our gable wood on our first house with hardiboard. They did such a good job that we used them again to replace the roofing, gutters, and skylights on our new home this year. Grady is the best, very professional and always available when we had questions or concerns.

Gabe was very responsive and professional with his inspection and advice. Highly recommend as he personally responded as other companies stated they would but did not.

We thought we just had gutter damage from storms but SPG determined we also had roof damage as well. Chris Sheets was great and helped tremendously with our insurance company to get a new roof and gutters covered. He got us into 6 inch gutters which fit the size of our house much better and with water flow over the 5 inch builder grade gutters. We went with a darker roof and black gutters which really make our house stand out! SPG and Chris did a great job taking care of us and improving our home!

From the first day I enquired about a Tesla solar roof Jackson Hayes accommodated me with everything I needed to know and followed through on every question and concern I had technically, financially, and operationally. Thanks SPG for your attention to detail. After a recent hail storm, we knew our roof was damaged, but Jackson noticed there was significant damage to our windows and gutters as well. Our insurance company had not noticed it (or mentioned it). Jackson took pictures and documented the damage helping us put together a rock solid claim resulting in 13 new windows and beautiful new gutters!

SPG did a great job replacing our roof. Jackson helped explain the various options and when our insurance adjuster was here, SPG was onsite as well. SPG pointed out a few things that the insurance adjuster had missed like a few “parts” of our existing roof had higher quality and insurance was looking to replace those with “basic” parts. I wouldn’t have caught it, but SPG did and the insurance adjuster made the corrections. Work was scheduled & done in a timely manner. All good!

the materials were dropped off on that Monday and they were out there that Tuesday at 6:20ish am and left at 10:30 pm and came back out the next day to do little touch ups and clean up the rest. Update in 2024 August -
Special thanks to Chris Sheets, Chase, Joni, and Lily for their continued support! Insurance payout took longer than expected. SPG kept up communication and efforts toward final resolution of the bill. Some minor concerns were also addressed, which typical providers would have ignored, but Chase and Chris fixed. It’s now December, so this update is very late, but kudos for great work is still very deserved.
