Peter arrived on time (actually, a few minutes early), and provided a free estimate and assessment of the work. He ultimately recommended a more affordable remedy than what I anticipated. Throughout his visit, he demonstrated knowledge and professionalism.

Had a backsplash in our kitchen done by Peter. His work and price of job was excellant. He knows and does his job really well. Recommend him for sure.

Peter was absoutely amazing to work with. We reached out to him for a few drywall repairs from the garage, the bathroom, and the bedroom.

He responded within minutes to coordinate a time to come the very next day. He came ready to not only give a SUPER reasonable quote - but he started the work and was done the same day (only having to come back after the mud dried so he could paint)

Post work being done - he walked me through the numerous repairs, explained in detail the process in which he did the work. And cleaned up every bit of debris and dust.

Matter of fact - he started to back out of the drive way after we said our goodbyes - and got his vaccum and scrubber back out because he 'saw that he missed a spot'

I'll absolutely be calling Peter for anything else on my 'honey-do' list and have seen his gorgeous repairs of staircases and homes in pictures he showed me. 5/5 would reccomend to any one, ever!

Would highly recommend IHS Construction! They were fast responding, punctual, and knowledgeable - you could see the experience come through in the work. They came through for us in fixing drywall seam cracks in a textured ceiling. After the job was complete, you cannot tell a repair was completed! Amazing work! We were also impressed with how much care was taken in ensuring the work environment was kept clean and safe. They worked in our home like it was their own! Thank you for your help!

Pete was very professional. He took COVID precautions. His prices were very fair. Pete did great work on my vinyl siding. He found a way to match my siding that had faded in the sun.

Pete and his team recently completed some work on my house, including replacing a ceiling,installing crown molding, plaster patch repairs and ceiling painting. The completed work looks great. The team worked well into the night some days to ensure the work was completed on time and went above and beyond when some unexpected challenges were encountered -- as always seems to be the case when working on a 130 year old home. Would definitely hire them again for future projects.

I had a small project that was a combination of roofing and electrical work and they were able to do both (not everyone can). They did a great job in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We were in a tough situation since we had a lot of continuous rain and a serious roof leak. Made one call, got an appointment the next day and the problem was dealt with and fixed at a fair price. I had some bookshelves installed, along with an attic door. The service was prompt and efficient. We had an issue with the initial install of the bookshelves, but it was discussed, remedied, and completed nicely. I am satisfied with the process and the end result!

They did a great job for me and they did it in a short time the price was also great!

These guys are GREAT.......very responsive, very courteous and polite, very reasonably priced, do the work in a timely fashion and go above and beyond the call of duty. It's refreshing to deal with a company like this. I will utilize them again and again.........everytime a need arises.
