The estimate was very fair, and the owner gave me a thorough explanation of exactly what would be done. They are top notch, and I would recommend Spartan Shield for all of your roofing needs. I can't recommend Peter and Spartan Shield Roofing enough. I was having trouble finding someone to do a small repair job for me when Peter came to the rescue. He took the time to hear what I had to say, work with me to come up with a plan to fix my house, match my existing colors/materials and then sent me an excellent craftsman to do the work. All this while juggling clients with much larger jobs. He was responsive and followed through on all of his promises. The price for the work was reasonable and completed on time. I couldn't ask for more.

When a leak appeared in my ceiling, I called Spartan Shield and they were able to quickly come out and inspect the problem. Peter not only got up on the roof outside, but went inside the (barely) crawlable crawl space. His diagnosis was it was not a roof issue, but probably an HVC/condensation issue. He was thorough and helpful and ... did not even charge me for the time and effort expended. Truly a class act with old school customer service. I hope I don't ever have a roof leak, but I know who to call should that happen.

Peter is the epitome of what is expected from a business owner that provides any type of home repair. He gives a thorough presentation, detailed explanations, shows up on time and returns all calls. His crew worked incredibly hard over a 2 day periodof time, on our large, complicated roof. They made sure that everything was cleaned up throughly. He uses netting on the sides of the house that helps protect windows and siding from any falling debris. They even made sure lawn ornaments were out of the way to prevent breakage. Their work ethic is the best I've seen.

Peter, and his roofing company sounded too good to be true. They delivered everything as promised! He promised to do ALL the legwork with my insurance company. I only had to pay my deductible. (Essentially, a free roof). He said he would give me a higher rated shingle, replace some of the roof that had rotted, finish in a day and a half, not damage any of the plants around my house, and leave no mess. It sounded like a song and dance. It wasn’t. Everything he said, was true. I’m so impressed with this company!
