While I believe the cost of an oil change is quite expensive, they did honor a discount special coupon I received in my email. The overall service experience was good.

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I drove over an hour from OKC hoping for a professional experience but was met with untrained employees who needed constant help from the manager just to do their basic job. The staff was unprofessional throughout the entire process, and as a nurse, I wasn’t even offered a first responder discount — something many dealerships do without question.
The manager’s attitude was pushy off rip and made it clear he cared more about getting my money than providing real customer service. After I explained I was already approved through my own bank at a better rate, he kept pushing me to finance through them, claiming it would be “easier” — which only reinforced the fact that he was just trying to squeeze more money out of me. He even made it sound like my pre-approval “didn’t count,” which was insulting and untrue.
To make it worse, after hours of trying to reach him to finalize the deal, he finally called back — only to push me to fill out their credit app, supposedly to “confirm my identity,” even though my bank made it clear I didn’t need to. He argued with me and my parents, who have purchased multiple cars and never had to do this. Not even five minutes later, he backtracked completely and admitted, “Actually, we don’t have to have it — I’m wrong, that’s my bad. You can just send the address and cashiers check to start delivery.”When I called him out for not answering the phone and said it seemed like they didn’t actually want to make a sale, he literally chuckled in my face — which tells you everything you need to know about how seriously they take their customers. Unfortunately, it didn’t end there. When the car was finally delivered, the salesperson showed up and tried to get me to sign paperwork literally outside my apartment like it was no big deal. I had to insist we go to my bank to finish the process properly. When we got there, even my loan officer was frustrated by how unprepared he was — she ended up having to print paperwork he didn’t bring, and he asked me to sign documents with numbers we had never discussed. My loan officer had to step in and make him call his boss to let them know I would not be signing anything that wasn’t agreed on. The only thing they did to “make it right” was offer $500 off the overall price after explaining how i didn’t have any trouble at other dealerships with first responder discount and a full tank of gas — which felt like the bare minimum considering the hassle. Unfortunately, I’m in crunch time for a car and this was the only location with the exact car I wanted in Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Texas, so I felt stuck. They rarely answer the phone and make it nearly impossible to finalize anything without wasting more time. Long story short: if you want professionalism, honesty, or basic courtesy, do not go here. They deserve none of your business.

I was a bit apprehensive about driving 4.5 hours to get a car I've never seen in person. Stephen Sistos was very helpful and took extra time to send me detailed pictures. Once I said I was on the way, they moved my Prius to the back, detailed it and filled it with gas. Thr staff was friendly and professional. A+ service. Id easily and confidently buy from them again. My truck has been there on two different scheduled appointments and nothing has been accomplished. Today's appointment was explained to me that they were to busy to call but as I watched from outside the window Lianne stood in the office for more than five minutes looking out in the drop off bay. Then she gathered my information went to find the other gentleman who explained the tech who was going to work on my vehicle had training today. What a leadership issue, not a tech issue as they do what they're told. I can tell you after my five times calling to check in, I was being dodged. It's become customary with this service department. Just a simple phone call or text with the app that texted me before by Terry and Chad. What happened to customer service these days??? I had to select a star to post this so thats not accurate either.

I was there to purchase a 2017 ford mustang, I took the vehicle on a test drive where I was encouraged to open the vehicle up (go as fast as I was comfortable with). I told the finance office what my budget was. I told them I had been approved on another vehicle with a 6.99 APR. When the finance office brought me the offer my payment was going to be $100 - $150 over what I told them my budget was. My APR was double what Billingsly Ford had offered. The next morning I purchased the vehicle from Billingly Ford who were able to give me exactly what I wanted. I will never try to purchase from this dealership again.

Terry, my salesman was very professional sand took his time while going over multiple vehicles until we narrowed down on one. This is the second vehicle Terry sold me and both times I am satisfied! Mr Chad in service on the other hand is not professional at all. I take my vehicles to Duncan for services and will continue to as long as he is employed there! Thanks Terry.

Such good customer service and care and the best deals! Me and my parents came last minute and ended up staying late. Jessica Hill , Tay? , and Alexis Ortega stayed late and helped me and my family get the best deal on a 2025 truck. They truly did above and beyond and we could not thank them enough. My parents smiled and laughed all the way home thanks to their care and help! I cannot recommend Jessica Hill enough! We were on our way to Wis on a Sunday and our truck started acting up. Was able to get an appointment at 8:30 am at Southwest Monday and they knew of our predicament and got our major repair done in one day and we were on our way Monday. Can’t say enough from the help of the general manager Darren to the service rider Lee and the mechanics. Great place and highly recommended.

We received outstanding service for our old Buick because Service Advisor Leanna was patient & caring. She addressed all of our concerns. Price was fair for brake flush, alignment, turn rotors, brakes, replaced both O-rings in the fuel line at the quick connect to stop gasoline leak, .... Leanna kept us informed during the process. We just purchased a new Acadia and couldn’t be happier with the attention that was paid to us. We took several days and test drove several vehicles before deciding on the Acadia but our salesman , Derek Pettit was very patient and knew everything there was to know about each vehicle we looked at. He invested a lot of his time over 3 days with us and was very polite, professional and easygoing. It was one of the best buying experiences I’ve had and I’ve purchased a lot of vehicles. I had dread about dealing with another car dealer but folks if you need an amazing salesman with no pressure to buy and listens to your needs!!! Check out "Derek Pettit"!!! I made an appointment and he didn't try to sale me on anything and let me make all the choices. Honest and up front...took the time to go over a few of the options I didn't know the vehicle I purchased could do as well.

Always great customer servive by Chad and the techs always get me out quickly, During the wait for my oil change, 3 of the 4 employees that walked by me in the waiting area asked me if I would like some water while I waited. It's the extra things that make a difference and that little jesture spoke volumes about the environment at the dealership.
