Mr. Carter, the owner of Southside Exteriors was great to work with. He and his staff were professional and took pride in their work. The workmanship and attention to details was appreciated. The roof looks beautiful. I will hire this company again in the future!

Installed vinyl siding on my house and did a very professional job. Jimmy and his crew were here when they said they would be. They got the job done in a timely manner. Cleanup was good too. They also installed 3 windows for my home with the same professionalism as the siding. Would have them back for more projects. I would highly recommend Southside.

Excellent job, quality roofing, great results... We requested a quote from several roofing companies, and Southside Exteriors was the most reasonable quote received. They, Jimmy and Austin, were patient with us through some insurance delays. Once we made our initial payment, we were on the schedule days later for our roof replacement. On installation day, with the threat of rain late that afternoon and through the upcoming weekend, they showed up early in the morning ready to get it done. They finished the job and cleaned up prior to the rain beginning! Awesome job, would highly recommend this company. We would definitely consider using their services again... we are very pleased with our new architectural roof.

Replaced a shed roof and had recommended what needed to be done to prevent leakage on the relatively flat roof. Have also repaired shingles on the house roof that had come loose. They explained why this had happened (another company had installed). Showed up when they said they would and did an excellent job.

Southside Exteriors installed our new roof a few months back and did an outstanding job! Their crew showed up on time and got straight to work and our new roof was done in one day. They cleaned the entire perimeter of the house when work was complete and our roof looks fantastic! Will also be contracting them for siding and windows in near future. Speaking with Jimmy (the owner) he came out and gave me a quote approximately 2 years prior to get my roof done. Life happened and Murphy's law took effect my AC went out. I made contact with Jimmy and advised him he was the MOST REASONABLE quote i got that i was still going to use his company but my priority was getting the ac fixed. 2 years later i called him and told him i was ready to proceed with getting my roof done. 3 Days after i called Jimmy, his crew was at my house to do the job. Speaking with the job supervisor (Austin) the shift was a little short due to sickness but that did not stop them, his crew worked non stop all day into the dark to finish the job. When the crew finished the construction portion of the job Austin assured me that they cleaned up as much as he could see but he would be back on the following day to do a thorough clean up being it was dark when they finished, (which was fine by me). Austin was back first thing the next morning and cleaned up so well you could not even tell they were there. On to the roofing portion of the job, IT LOOKS GREAT i am very pleased with the professionalism, quality of work and pricing that South side Exteriors provided! i would recommend them 100 more times if i have the opportunity.

This contractor was hired by Lowes for installation of vinyl siding. Terrible installation quality that I documented and complained about to Lowes during the entire installation. I have picture documentation of: Didn't tape the tyvek, or even around windows, poor workmanship, vinyled over bare wood, lied about damage caused by workers and owner had to repair at their cost, didnt complete work outlined in the written scope, caused damage to utilities that owner had to repair separately at their cost. I have continuously tried to work with Lowes to correct numerous deficiencies and problems for months. Lowes uses southside as installers but maintained no oversight of their contractor and has not corrected the problems nor sent a supervisor to inspect the work. To summarize: poor workmanship, very poor ethics, documented proof.

I had southside replace the roofs on two of my properties. They did a great job, very profession and christy is excellent to work with.
