Used 2 years ago on the purchase of our home. Inspection was GREAT - however, we paid for the mold inspection and never received it. Ended up purchasing our home anyways in hopes it didn’t have any - but we contacted him several times after to try to ask for the report and/or a refund and he basically ghosted us. Unsure if our emails went to spam or his phone wasn’t working - but we never heard from the guy again. Tried a year and a half later to ask about it and never heard anything.
If he didn’t want to refund, that’s fine. If he lost it - that’s okay. I would be fine with doing the inspection now, just so we know. Not responding at all is unprofessional IMO.
I do want to emphasize that he did a GREAT job with the home inspection. Very thorough. Just disappointed we didn’t get all that we paid for.

Extremely thorough inspection.!!
My husband and I felt we had really evaluated the home. Mr. Woodall found problems that could cause home damage and be expensive to solve. The cost of only ONE of the problems paid for the inspection. Found expensive problems with the roof we did not see until he pointed them out. Mr Woodall arrived at the exact time of the appointment and was very patient to show and explain every part of the inspection.
