Cody was amazing to work with. He was very responsive (via text which is a big plus for me), fast, reliable and knowledgeable. He was able to get us a quote quickly and squeezed us right into the schedule. I will definitely be working with them again and can’t say enough great things about the work that was done!

We have worked with Southern Valley on multiple projects in the past year and are literally lining them up for the next. Cody’s work is exceptional. He takes the time he needs to do things the right way and talk to the homeowner about his process or ways to protect our investments. He is beyond thorough and I’m not sure you can find anyone who provides the quality of work he does with the price tag he puts on it. He certainly isn’t a “bargain” option (I don’t want a bargain option. I had one at one point and he came in the fix stuff the bargain option did) but his pricing is highly competitive and worth every single penny.

Before and after of our mudroom. He has also done part of our roof and is coming to finish our basement, front porch, and another portion of our roof this year. We trust him with pretty much anything.
