Southern States Power washing resurrected our home we were placing on the market! He made our home, sidewalks, shop, and porches shine like a new penny! Southern States has soft washed our home is Seaside, Florida for the last 5 years. They do a great job, easy on the paint and the house sparkles. We just hired them to clean our slate roof in Pensacola, Florida. The roof looks like new and no broken slate shingles! PROFESSIONAL!

Stephen and his crew are awesome. I'm the president of a 96 unit complex. Between my husband and I we have helped oversee this property for over 30 years. I have never had anyone come in and service this place as far as power washing like Stephen and his crew did. Very knowledgeable, very polite, very professional. Very courteous to all our owners and they know their stuff. We have an abundance of oak trees, magnolia trees plus sand that's horrible. These guys came in and cleared out all of that in one day before they ever started the power washing. They did all sidewalks, curbs and 12 two story buildings and MAN, what a difference it makes using a company that knows what power washing is all about. KUDOS to the best power washing company of the Southern States, HANDS DOWN!!! Love you guys

WOW! What a wonderful experience with Southern States Power Washing. I wish we could give more than 5 stars, Stephen and his crew were so professional, dependable and worked hand in hand with our residents and Riverwood staff. The job took a couple of weeks and they cleaned a total of 8 buildings, all our common areas, sidewalks, curbs and pool area. Riverwood Apartment Homes looks like it did on the day it was build in 2003! Our residents are so happy and say they need sunglasses when walking the property now. :-)

I am extremely pleased with the quality of work done. I say the following only to spotlight the the integrity and professionalism of Stephen and crew. After inspection of a project I asked Stephen to inspect an area I did not believe was done as well as could be. I did not tell him anything but to come by and review the project and the specific area of concern. He agreed he felt it could be done better and had his full crew back out to reclean the surface area of course at no additional charge. There was no complaints, squabbling or debate, only when they would return. The crew on site that day as before, were pleasant and concerned to make sure the job was done to my pleasure. Again I say this to say Stephen will make sure the job is done as close to perfection as possible and backs up his work 100%. It is a breath of fresh air to work with such a man of integrity and honor that takes pride in his work and treats his customers with dignity and respect.
