I had a small job. A couple screens to be replaced in the door and a wall panel. I was prepared to have a long wait because I'm in a rual area.
I called and Matt answered. I explained my problem here. He said they would come out for estimate.
To my surprise 2 days later Brandon called ahead to come out. He measured and verified screen size and checked the other screens in the room as well. He stated that there was a chance that Matt might come out that evening.
Matt did call later and estimated his time of arrival. He was on time.
He asked if I was a veteran as he looked at the job. He gave me a discount.
We had a nice conversation while he worked. He was very thorough and picked up all debris. He even replaced a door cylinder bracket at no charge.
The repaired screens were better than new.
I wish I could rate higher than 5 stars!

Matt did a great job rescreenining our porch with the 20x20 "no-seeum" screen. He even rescreened 2- Lowe's doors I had installed so the screen would match and also be more bug and pollen resistant.

Matt and his son took our old porch and awkward roof situation and created a beautiful space that my family can enjoy the outdoors without the pesky mosquitos. I called Matt for a quote to replace the screen on my existing screen porch. He came the same day and had a quote ready the next day. I called three companies total and he was the least expensive. I usually do all of my home improvements and maintenance (maybe a little ocd)but I decided to have someone replace the screen due to not having a lot of time with two kid’s playing multiple sports. I am extremely pleased with the quality and cleanliness of work and would highly recommend them.

I contacted Matt for a price quote when he was performing a new screen porch installation in our neighborhood. Matt came over after lunch and gave me an estimate on screen replacement and explained very thoroughly the advantages of the 20x20 commercial screen he used. I cannot say enough about how great N. Florida Screen Rooms did on my patio. From the start, they were prompt in returning calls, providing options and an estimate and finally screening our patio. The workmanship was spot on and exactly what we requested. They considered the area where we live, with seasons of no-seeums and yellowflies, to make sure the best screen product was used to keep the bugs out. I would highly recommend using them. We have another job planned and did not hesitate in asking them to do that job as well.
