Adam is a nice person and was concerned about my roof. He used a drone to check my roof because I knew I had bird damage. He found a big hole that you could not see from the ground. Surprise!!! Adam’s crew fixed it for me. Communication was excellent. If you have any roof or exterior work then call Southern Reeds Roofing and Exteriors. I highly recommend.

I highly recommend Southern Reeds Roofing & Exteriors for many reasons. Adam and his crew have done numerous jobs for me and my firm’s clients. He is incredibly responsive, communicative, knowledgeable, and highly skilled at the work he’s done. The work he’s done ranges from roofing, gutters, siding, both new decks and deck repairs, and window replacements. He always shows up when he says he will, which seems to be a rare thing anymore. Not only is he great at what he does, but he’s given my clients information on how to repair a particular item and not do a full replacement which other companies had told my clients was needed … which to me shows his integrity. Lastly, his pricing is very fair and reasonable.

Southern Reeds Roofing and Exteriors did an outstanding job on our home. They replaced the entire roof in one day with great care. Tarps were placed around perimeter on the ground to capture any debris, nails and protect landscaping. They also replaced our hardy board along the gables and dormers with vinyl that looks superior. The roof and siding looks fantastic and we couldn’t be happier. Neighbors definitely took notice and complimented the work.

These guys saved me so much headache and trouble over my roof issues. I was dealing with a small leak in my roof, but couldn’t determine where it was coming from on my own. They identified it immediately, and gave me great information on how they would repair it. They did a phenomenal job in doing a whole roof repair job. Very fair pricing, quick to respond, completely solved my concerns.

I will be doing a complete new roof in a couple of years, and these guys are who I will be calling without question.

Adam, Colby and team were awesome to work with! We had a leak and they came out within hours to tarp us. That same week they repaired our roof. They were very thorough and kind. Southern Reeds Roofing did an AMAZING job on our metal roof repair. Colby and Adam and his crew were responsive, timely, and professional. We had a pretty bad patch job from the previous installers on our older house, but they were able to completely fix the leak in less than a day. Couldn't be happier. I contacted Southern Reeds Roofing and Exteriors the day after a leak appeared on our ceiling during heavy rain. After researching a number of companies online, I decided to call them first after seeing they've worked on older houses like ours, have good reviews, and have an address in S. Knoxville not far from us. Adam answered immediately, asked lots of questions to assess the situation and was very respectful and professional. Since more rain was forecast for the following night he arranged to come out the next afternoon. He gave me an ETA range and said he'd let me know when they were on their way. The next day, he kept me updated until he and Cody arrived. They looked at the leak inside the house, attic, and then got up on the metal roof. They explained what the were finding, potential causes, and options to address the issues. They went ahead and tightened and sealed the fasteners on the quarter of the roof to stop the leak. We are grateful for the urgency they showed in coming over right away and fixing what they could on the spot to prevent more damage. It's so refreshing -and, unfortunately, rare in our experience - to find people to work on your home who demonstrate this kind of professionalism, integrity and dependability. We look forward to getting on the schedule to have Southern Reeds Roofing and Exteriors take care of the rest of the roof issues and also give us a quote for window replacement.

This crew knocked it out of the park. After trying to get it quoted by other no shows. They showed up, quoted it and completed it in one day. I had to have a gutter rehung and a leaky skylight replaced. They did great work on both.
