Needed to remove a very heavy hide-a-bed couch and a couple lawn mowers. Process was easy, the people coming to remove the junk were on time, the cost was cheaper than I expected, and I didn't have to move a finger. I am very satisfied.

SOMD Hauling generously donated dumpster services to our non-profit for an event. The dumpster was placed on time and in the right place, and they allowed us to use it for the weekend! The service was great. Just not impressed with the price I was quoted compared to the price I paid. I think I should have been made aware of the over charge before everything was loaded. But i am thankful of the service just wish I was more prepared for the price I paid.

Super fast, very reliable service! We called this morning to ask for help with a difficult task. We had several heavy items that needed moved up a flight of stairs and a garage door that needed a glass panel switched out. Not one glass or garage door company was willing to help us switch the broken glass out, but these guys helped carry the heavy garage door off the tracks so we could switch the broken glass panel out ourselves. They were very patient with us as we worked to switch the glass panel out and once we got everything put back together, they helped us lift the garage door back on the track. It was super refreshing to not hear any complaints that the task was too difficult after being told by so many companies that it was and we really appreciated their help. Great service, hauling away five 15 yard loads of junk, packing two16' PODs, and loading another truck full of storage items, then drivong them to Roanoke, VA to unload in a storage unit. Would definitely recommend.

If anyone wants to get their place cleaned up this is the young man to trust to get it done. His employee Joe was also extremely nice and worked extremely hard to help get my farm cleaned up. Give Steven a call and you will not be disappointed. My farm is now completely cleaned up and I am very pleased to see it the way it should have always meant to be.

My wife and I discovered today,we are we’re not going to be able to load our Uhaul. We are not as young as we thought we were.I called Southern MD hauling and was able to have help less than 2 hours later with 4 guys!They were able to get our 26 foot truck loaded in 2 hours. We cannot say enough about how amazing these guys were! They were so professional, so hard working and incredibly NICE! It takes A LOT to impress my husband (he's just really particular...)... But he was VERY, VERY happy with these guys! Don't let their young age fool you.... They have it going on... We had 5 companies that we asked for bids and by far, SO MD Hauling & Junk Removal came in with the most reasonable & not only that, they also were the most professional in sending out an invoice... Whereas none of the others did. I have no qualms about ever using or recommending them again! They were fantastic!!!

Very friendly, quick, and professional! I have a steep driveway and they moved a truck load full of junk down the hill in about half an hour. They even did a little leaf blowing around where the junk pile had been to help clean the area!
