House looks fantastic. Years of grime that we could not clean is now gone. I thought we would have to buy new doors it was so bad, but now they look great. I would highly recommend Southern Harmony Softwash!!

Our roof looked much older than it actually was due to staining from hackberry trees. After Jason worked his magic, the roof looks like the day it was installed. The soft wash of the roof, along with Jason’s house wash of the gutters and exterior wood trim, has made the house shine! Enjoyed meeting Jason. He did what he said he would do, and when he said he would do it. I highly recommend Southern Harmony Softwash and will definitely be using their services again in the future.

Jason did a great job! The house looks way better than I hoped it would. We have a white siding house that had lots of stains from bugs and dirt. It now looks like it was just painted yesterday! We’ll be using this company from here on for soft wash. Love that it gets it so clean without damaging paint at all.

Jason was very professional, punctual and I recommend his company because the process in the soft wash was unique as opposed to a power wash. Our home siding is made with concrete fiber board and painted so it needed a little more care.than brick or vinyl. Our roof did not need a cleaning (but if it had) the application used was gentle and scientifically blended tailored to what was growing on the home. It was shiny and new on all trim and even these pillars we thought needed a repaint was an avoided expense. It didn’t damage the paint finish but removed what was making it appear dirty. He was explained our home had bacteria growing on it as opposed to mold. Very pleased with the outcome. Not to mention it was non-toxic to our pets and the vegetation growing around my home. So thrilled I used Southern Harmony Softwash!

I cannot say enough good things about Jason at Southern Harmony! He was ON TIME, friendly, knowledgeable, professional…I could continue, but you get the idea. Jason should be your “go to” for any type of pressure washing. Did I mention his price was very reasonable?! Jason is legendary. Painted entire interior of our 3.5k sqft home. Prepped every wall for screw pops and holes. Has no issue with complex interior. He and his assistant showed up and left on time every time. Was highly respective of our home. Moved every iota of furniture + items and returned everything back. Refreshed all the trim-work. When we got stuck on choosing a main color he was patient and communicative on when they could return and finish the work. With this level of professionalism you can't beat the price. Craftsmanship was top notch to boot. I would highly recommend Jason for big paint projects!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! We contacted Jason on a Thursday, and he was leaving to go out of town for an extended period of time that Sunday. He managed to squeeze us in on the Saturday before we left! I was amazed at how clean the front of Johnson Elementary was when I pulled up to the school. Several of our staff members had commented on how bad the entrance looked and were happily surprised to start off the school year with a nice "face lift" for our school. The price Jason quoted us was half of the other quotes I had received from other businesses in the area. Well worth the money! Thank you!

Super quick response to my initial inquiry and came by soon after to give me a quote. Although booked up the following week, Jason found a way to fit us in since we had two events we were hosting that weekend. One of our guests asked if we’d repainted recently, and I said we’d just had it washed. Roof looks close to new and had had stains that I thought were permanent. Extremely happy with the results!!

Jason did a wonderful job. Our back porch is 26 years old. It looks new! He sealed our new front porch also. Our 26 yr. old vinyl was cleaned and it actually shines.

I observed during our first conversation that Jason Hardin is devotedly committed to each of these. For one example, as I toured him around the exterior of our house, I didn't have to tell him about being careful to avoid stepping on my wife's many, many special landscape plants; rather, he called my attention to them and commented that he would protect them because he knows how much they are valued. Jason in fact was careful throughout the completion of the job to ensure that the landscape plants were in no way damaged. Finally, I rarely hire anyone to do work for me and then not periodically (or even the whole time) look over their shoulder to ensure that the work is done well and "right." Never from the beginning did I feel that I had to monitor Jason's work! The job took four full days and not once did I "check up on him." Rather, he kept me posted throughout the job process about his progress and any potential issues, problems, or needs. I simply stayed in the house and worked without concern on my own priorities.
