My situation was complicated, trading in a very high mileage vehicle. It was not in the best condition. I was a bit upside down on the trade. I have an ok credit score. I noticed a newer used low mileage truck loved it. Unfortunately we couldn't get the numbers where I wanted due to the negative equity on my trade. They recommended me moving to a new truck with similar features, this helped me with some of the negative roll over. This took a few days to complete because of the situation. Roger stayed in contact with me through the process. I'm very impressed with the work the staff put into such a difficult deal to get me into a better overall position.

Recently turned in a Chevy Trailblazer and leased a new Buick Envision from Solomon Chevy Buick GMC. Roger, our sales rep, was great as always. He and Jason, the sales manager, got us an unbelievable deal on a more expensive vehicle that we weren't even considering. We've known Roger since 2013 when he was at Fike Chevy in Masontown, now part of Solomon. Roger and Solomon always deliver for us. There are two other Chevy dealers much closer to us but we always drive the extra distance to Solomon.

Everyone there is great. Me and my fiancé pretty much already had an inkling of what we wanted, still the process was made smoother and easier with Gordon helping us so we appreciate that a lot.

I was thinking about purchasing a new truck and while I decided to wait for now, the sales team at Solomon were awesome. Sales associate was great at first and made it feel like there was no games. Then I asked about accessories and was told we would speak about them at the dealership. When I brought it up at the dealership it was shrugged off as if I was just a paycheck, not a customer. No effort was put into helping me out with the accessories I asked for. I was told to go purchase after market ones instead of Chevy/GM. Not the experience I thought I was going to have. Prior experiences at other dealerships never told me to go buy after market, they always took care of me.

I purchased a 25 Chevy Silverado today and had the best experience dealing with Roger! Will definitely purchase future vehicles there and will encourage others as well

Solomon made it possible for me go get a brand new Buick, which was totally unexpected! I had every intention to stick with used cars, but ended up with a new car that was within my budget because of the rebates and other offers that brought my car down. I spent 3 months looking for a new vehicle. I looked at vehicles at multiple chevy, dodge, and even a Toyota dealership, as well as online entities and independent pre owned vehicle dealerships. I live in Pittsburgh and I am an EXTREMELY busy person. Between my civilian and Military careers I practically have no free time so when I say it was worth the 1.5 hour drive to Solomon Chevy trust me you won't be disappointed. It was right before school started again and I took the day off and my Son with me ( he's 7 and he still talks about our friends we made here) and it was one the best Father /Son days we had. I know you're thinking wait you had a good time buying a truck with a kid in tow?? You're darn tootin!! ( I'd use another expression but I'm keeping it PG) the sales staff, Finance and service dept are A+. Even after my purchase I ran into an issue and had to have my truck in at another local dealership. Classic who's known for questionable service practices pulled a stunt with me and we'll thays another story , but I contacted Solomon service dept and they took care of that nonsense for me reinforcing that fact they were the right choice for my truck buying experience. I bought the truck back on August 6th 2024. Yes I know it's 2025 ,but like I said I'm extremely busy.

We purchased a used Chevy Equinox today from Solomon Chevrolet and we had such an amazing and pleasant experience. Roger Crumrine is who helped us and he was so helpful! He really listened to our needs as we were purchasing a first car for my daughter. It was such a pleasure doing business with this dealership. It wasn’t high pressure at all! I purchased a new 2024 GMC 1500 Elevation. I live 3.5 Hrs away. I have purchased a lot of vehicles over the years. Smooth no bull experience. This dealership was the first that did not push to purchase a bunch of other packages. They offered which I appreciate, but were not pushy at all. The salesman Louis was outstanding. My wife and I went to this dealership to purchase a new car listed as in stock on the website. However, the owner apparently had it out for several days and still had it when we drove close to an hour to the dealership to check it out. It would be nice if something was listed on the website if in stock cars are going to be out for several days at a time. This ended up costing me two hours of my time for absolutely nothing. I won't waste any more of my time with these people.

I had a faulty oil pump on my 2017 Silverado. I had the pump replaced and truck is operating properly now. Rick, Bethany, Ray and the other service staff are knowledgeable and very friendly!

I went for an oil change and came home with a new ride, that’s a great experience. I do have a suggestion, every new car that is sold, it would be helpful if the salesman and the customer watch a video highlighting what is included in the car they are purchasing. It’s a win-win, refreshes the salesperson and gives the customer a chance for questions, before you take them out to demonstrate the vehicle.

UPDATE On review
I have had nothing but issues with this car, two of the folks that work there witnessed a couple things but nothing was done. These issues are on going to this day. I ask to speak to the owner, and was told he would call me back, this was months ago, I’ve heard nothing, so my trust is not very high. I went so far as to document what was happening, gave it to them so they could try and figure things out, but they said they couldn’t find anything wrong and to be fair, my last time there they put in the park assist, when they said the car was ready I requested we take it out for a little test and was told they didn’t normally do that and I said well I’m not that normal maybe so out for a test we went and the young lady saw that it was not working correctly and told me to take it and drive it for a few days I ask you how does this fix an issue driving it for a few days am I missing something? Maybe posting this out there for everybody to see will help me get some issues solved. My biggest mistake was trading in my Terrain for this Buick and I own that. I purchased this car in April of 23 and it has 16,000 miles on it. Can someone tell me how long it takes for the “bugs” to be worked out?????? Norman please call and work with me on these issues with the car please.

The service department staff is top notch, they’ve gone above and beyond to remedy the issues that I’ve had with my GMC Sierra 2500.
This was before the manager decided to not warranty the work for a check engine light simply because I put an aftermarket tailpipe on this truck which does not interfere with the factory warranty.
Cost me $600 out of pocket for a decision made by the service manager!

Let me say that our salesman Roger Crumrine went above and beyond to get us in our new 2022 Chevy Trax. The rest of the staff that we interacted with were very friendly and courteous. I recommended Solomon Chevrolet to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.
