SolarLogix installed our whole home heat pump system in 2024 and our heat pump hot water heater in 2025. They were incredibly responsive, professional, friendly and communicative throughout both projects and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Our heat pumps were flawlessly installed by Shaun and his crew, and SolarLogix also got our electrical panel upgraded at very low cost during that job. Then Tyson was able to send a crew in a matter of days to install the heat pump water heater when our old unit had an emergency breakdown, which I deeply appreciated. That system was perfectly installed by Cheyenne, Chris, Brad and Anthony. We also had a very helpful solar consult with Ayden. We had a very good experience with Solar Logix. In the past couple of years they have installed a solar system for us, taken care of permitting at the town level and even walked us through filling out forms to help with tax forms. Everything went very smoothly. They also have installed heat pumps on two houses, they are all running well, everything is very professional. We are very pleased with our new heat pump hot water heater installed by Cheyenne and Chris, March 18th, at 28 Turnpike Road in Searsport. Both men were efficient as they did their job. All of the equipment was laid out in an organized way as they completed their work. We thought the piping was well done. They were friendly, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We added a pipe protector on the drainage line. We thought you would like to see it.

My experience with SolarLogix was exceptional. After an initial diagnosis of my old system, I received a call from Josh to discuss options. I decided to replace my 10 year old system with a new one. From the moment we received word we could move forward with the project, they were timely and incredibly responsive. The install was quick, the technicians professional and knowledgeable and the site was always left clean. Additionally, they worked closely with us when we ran into difficulties with the utility company’s infrastructure that prevented our operation. They communicated regularly (weekly) with the utility until the issue was resolved. SolarLogix is the best!!

SolarLogix employees were very knowledgeable. They designed our heat pump system accurately and executed the install flawlessly. We would highly recommend them to anyone interested in heat pumps or a solar installation.

I feel they were very overpriced on the multi split heat pump brand that I wanted. Once installed, I had to have them come back three times to fix a simple condensate drainage issue. Also, their electrician had to cut two holes in the ceiling ( understandable). However, they gave me a contractor to have these repaired and they would compensate the contractor. Two times stood up by that contractor and I decided to repair the holes myself. Solarlogix did not offer any compensation to me. Overall, a bad experience. Not recommended.

This is one of those situations that calls for more than 5 stars. SolarLogix installed three heat pumps and a twenty-panel solar system at our home. From start to finish, the work was excellent, timely, and completed by crews who were not only highly professional, but also courteous. They worked closely with us throughout the projects to make sure the installations were exactly what we wanted. SolarLogix also handled the paperwork for both projects so that we received all the available incentives. And, they responded to any questions or concerns we had long after the completion of the job.

Without reservation, I would highly recommend them for your own solar and/or heat pump installations. You would be hard pressed to find a better company to work with,

I've now done multiple projects with SolarLogix and couldn't be happier. I've had a totally of 4 heatpumps installed, done two at a time. Before choosing SolarLogix I got quotes from them and two other companies.

Ultimately I went with Solarlogix not only because they were competitive with pricing, but when they toured my house and I discussed my ideas, Josh (the owner) was the only one who gave me useful feedback and seemed to genuinely have good ideas about how to convert my home to oil-free. Other companies sent out greener, less experienced people who were nice but seemed to just be checking boxes.

When it came time for solar panels, I again got multiple quotes. Once again SolarLogix seemed more in tune with my needs, gave me a better price for the same production, and were excellent at handling everything (CMP, groundwork, electrical). They actually made the process so easy, I was off on vacation in Europe during the install and came home to the finished product with very little back and forth. Not kidding.

It's understandable if you're on the fence about making the huge investment of heat pumps and solar. But if you can swing it, it's one of the best investments you can make in your home right now, and SolarLogix will take care of you through the whole process at a fair price.

9 months after my installation something changed on my display of power generated from the sun. They were here the next day and repaired it. It was a lose bolt or something. Since having the power arays placed on my property I have only paid $13.66/month. That's the rental for the use of CMPs lines. With the power prices going up, this was a great step towards independence. Though I didn't get the storage batteries. The staff at Solarlofix are knowledgeable and polite. They arrive on time and have done a great job. Thank you.

I am happy to recommend SolarLogix. They did an excellent job on the installation. They finished on time frame, did a meticulous job and cleaned up absolutely everything behind them. I was hesitant to make such a large investment, but after two years, we are on track to pay for the system in just over 6 years, rather than the 10 year payback they projected.

Josh and his team have worked on two projects at our house. He installed two heat pumps for an apartment rental in our house in 2020, and a 13KW solar panel installation earlier this summer.
Both projects were completed quickly and efficiently. Josh and his team were very patient and helpful while we reviewed their proposals and came back with questions. The work itself was extremely professional and clean.
We have watched our bills go down at a rate that is extremely economical, considering the investment.

Check their work. I had a heat pump installed a few months back, and only one of the four bolts was tightened from the main unit to the stand. It took me less than two minutes to finish that part of the job they neglected to complete. Now I feel as if I have to check everything else.

SolarLogix sent an awesome team to my home to install 2 energy efficient heat pumps. They were quick, efficient, knowledgeable and took the time to run me through the operation of my new heating and cooling equipment. It is so quiet in comparison to my propane furnace which sounds like a jet is landing in the immediate vicinity. With the rebates being offered now, this purchase was a no-brainer. Solar Logic was great from start to finish, Josh came right out, worked out what we needed and where the perfect placement would be. He got the price right and fitted quality equipment. The fitting team did a good job and worked through the complications step by step.
