Solar Bill RV

Installation of all planned panels finally completed by highly professional outfit solar builds in Quartzsite, Arizona.
My friends and I struggled for over a year to install all four panels on the rack, the math said it can be done but we were never able to.
Finally, I have the panels to drive a window air conditioner for the summer.
Installation was done within several hours using my panels with no attempts to upsell.
They even took care of a couple of roof leaks for me while they were up there.
The first install attempt turned out to be a disaster. Wind grabbed one of the panels and ripped it off the roof. Luckily the vendor was nice enough to replace the destroyed panel.

Dan, Jody, Paul, Brad and Johnny all did an awesome job getting me set up and installing 1600W (4 Residential Panels that I brought to them) on a rack. Johnny has over 30 years of experience installing solar and knows what he is doing. We worked on a layout that left room on my 24 ft rig to allow me to still be able to watch a sunset from the roof and access my rear vents. Synchronicity was at work because Johnny installed the solar on my prior rig 8 years ago in Denver. Who knew that I would find him again in Q!
Delighted with the workmanship, speed (they built the rack and installed the panels all in one day) and knowledge that they brought to the job. Thank you guys! I will be recommending you to all my nomad friends.

Had a problem with my inverter and it was 5 days past warranty and they fixed it at no cost. They replaced and had me on my way thank you so much!!!!

Everyone, Paul, Johnny and the ladies in the office especially, went above and beyond in explaining, installing, informing and troubleshooting. Added bonus was the invitation to stay in their lot to ensure proper dry time.

After doing plenty of research and receiving word of mouth recommendations with high praise from three Quartzsite locals,
I went to SLAR BILL'S to outfit my rig with an increased capacity panel and was met by happy, smiling helpful people in a nice environment.
The first person was Judy who was a wealth of knowledge and quite
well-polished in true customer service, it's always a treat having a personable, informative and professional be the first contact impression. Thank you Judy!
Next i met Johnny who took roofrack space measurements of my
Nissan microvan, then gave me his suggestions and options...once again, customer service reins supreme at Solar Bill's.
I was pleased with the printed estimate. A lot of product choices ranging from panels and accessories to a spectrum of batteries.
The location is great, there's plenty
of parking and seating while you
wait both inside or outside was
an added bonus.
I have not had my install done yet, but, my first impression was five stars due to choices, pricing, knowledge and Customer Service.
I have close to 80,000 people that follow my reviews/ratings and postings, and not one has chimed
in to disagree with this choice or
it's reputation. My thoughts are these: Save your gas and time by shopping local and supporting your community.

Great customer service! They really care about you getting free energy from the sun. They helped me hookup the next season down with additional panels & such. Solar Bill integrity & guarantee they will get you hooked up right!

I spent around $3000 getting solar installed on my vehicle 2 years ago.

The hardware was all fine of course.

But the installation was a complete failure.

They used cheap caulking/glue to seal the screw holes from the mounts and wires after drilling holes through my roof.

The caulking/glue did not hold up well to the sun and started to disintegrate allowing water into my vehicle. was noticeable last fall but was not noticeable at first. I started to smell mold in my vehicle which lead to the discovery.

Now, to repair the damage and deal with the mold it is going to cost me more than I originally paid to buy the hardware and have them installed!

Definitely has left me angry, saddened, and in despair from ever choosing this business for my solar!

DO NOT RECOMMEND AND HOPE PEOPLE READ THIS REVIEW!

Had I known these people were not the original Solar Bills, that I had heard nothing but good things about and that they were new owners... I would have went elsewhere and not had this expensive issue happen.

The damages are definitely not something a nomadic disabled veteran can unexpectedly afford!

Shame on you Solar Bill's... or I guess the new people living off of someone else's name and good reputation that are screwing people over in the process!!!

We met the staff of Solar Bill's at a Grand Design rally where they had a seminar.
Gus the manager/owner was very nice and personable. Then Johnny the technician did a Q and A where he was very informative and knowledgeable. We also talked to Todd about the Solar problem we were having. Later that day they had a site set up and I asked the owner Gus if the problem we are having could be fixed, he had Johnny go look at the problem within 10 minutes Johnny said he could fix it at there shop within a hour. So the next day we packed up our Trailer and without a appointment on a Saturday we showed up about 9:30 and we drove off about 1:30(we had to wait for the Solar to charge the battery so Johnny could sync the monitor system and he explained everything) and our Solar problem fixed and a couple other things Johnny helped us with.
Along with Johnny the whole staff is so welcoming and holycow their pricing was so resonable. This business is such a blessing to have for the Quartzsite area and we will use them again when in the area.

Everything about our experience was 5 star. Gus and crew are not only professional and knowledgeable, but genuinely nice people. You get the sense they are happy to offer this service as they explain all the details to what your new solar system does and how to make it work. We were allowed to stay at their business overnight with electric and they welcomed us checking in throughout the day as we got solar panels, lithium batteries, and an in house inverter installed. Reasonable pricing, excellent service.

We have gone to Solar Bills three different times over the past few years for our Airstream trailers. We were very pleased with the purchases and the services. They were very informative about making the selections that would best serve our needs for each trailer. We took advantage of the one day installation as promised and were happy with the process. The estimates were right on the money and we felt the pricing was fair. The staff was super to work with and delivered the results we wanted. They were very careful with the installations and were very courteous. Thank you Solar Bills! They are a great company and we will continue to do business with them.

I heard a radio add so I went there and met the owner told him what I had he said no problem so I made a appointment set up time and took my motor home in they took care of the installation great people did a awesome job highly recommend them for your solar needs great service & price

Everyone was very polite and kind, we had a new inverter 3000 put in last year. We just found out today that they disconnected our generator completely and it is not connected to our system anymore. Very unhappy about that. Received immediate contact from Solar Bill's, got an appointment to fix. Very happy!

What an incredible group of people. The entire crew are professional, knowledgeable and honest. Yes honest, straight forward with no B.S. i left the shop with total confidence and satisfaction. Our installer Johnny was great. He explained each component and it's workings, to include setting up my phone. All wiring was tied and tucked. Robin , Jody and Gus well they had my back. They kept track of each other and stayed out of the way. By doing that, the sales staff and shop crew could get get business done quickly and efficiently with no mishaps. They too were good fun and rather interesting people. I think Jody was a Quartzsite pioneer. Bottom line, great people, great place of business and well worth the time and money

We had a 12v problem in our class A motorhome. They stopped what they were doing, because we were headed to see our grandkids for Christmas. We thought it was a battery issue, turns out it was nothing but a chassis ground that was a bit loose. The Tech Johnny was amazing had us out of there in less than an hour. We highly recommend them to anyone. Just because of their customer service.

My two 6-volt batteries were going dead in my RV and I thought I would have to drive for a few hours to get to somewhere that actually had the batteries but when calling solar bills he had the correct batteries and at a very very reasonable price and he told me if I could get my RV over there early morning that he would take care of me and what a wonderful job great price they installed the batteries and took the old ones out I would highly recommend solar Bill RV. I was up and running again in about a half an hour. Solar Bill gets my five-star rating

I've had my trailer in to Solar Bill's twice in the past two weeks, first time for a repair to a poorly installed component at the factory, and second for a battery upgrade. Both times I've been treated with the utmost decency and respect. given clear and understandable information from which I could make my final decision. At no point did Gus or any of the other kind folks at Solar Bill's try to steer me into equipment I didn't actually need. Not only are they polite, but also very knowledgeable about the products they sell. Couldn't be more pleased with the service, products, and equipment and would not hesitate to recommend Solar Bill's to anyone looking at repairing, upgrading, or expanding their existing RV power system.

These folks are honest and hard working. They have gone beyond anything I could have hoped to help me find a solution that I could afford. God bless them all.

The solar on my RV was a real mess, the company who installed it really took my for a ride. I dropped into Solar Bill's and they welcomed me and discussed my issues, we booked an appointment and when I came in for my appointment Johnny jumped on it and walked me through everything he found wrong (lots). They booked me in for the next morning, Johnny treated me like an old friend and they all made me feel welcome.When I came back to pickup the rig they walked me through everything they did. The final bill came in under their estimate and I can't be happier. If you are looking for a honest reliable solar company I think this is the one. I think Gus the owner has assembled an all-star team.

I had ordered a lithium ion battery online and received it but discovered that installation was harder than I anticipated. Solar Bill techs got me in that very day and did a professional installation while answering all my questions about care and charging for this new setup. They were welcoming and professional and the price was reasonable. Thank you!

We came in for a solar install. On our way, our roof started to fly off. We contacted Solar Bill to inform them that we may not make our originally scheduled installation time. They gave us the name of an RV Technician that works on roofs. We contacted him and he advised us to duct tape it down to make it to Quartzsite and that he would take a look at it. We made it on time and he said that the roof could be repaired so we continued ahead with the solar / battery installation. The additional work of the roof took us off schedule and Solar Bill invited us to stay for the duration of our roof repairs, then invited us to their Thanksgiving. We had a great time, all the while getting our roof repaired and those repairs curing. We opted to get a few more solar panels while we were there after testing what we had as we didn't want to have to use our generator for anything but air conditioning. They say they treat their customers like family and they really do. I can't recommend them enough and would even encourage people to make the drive to Quartzsite for them, it 's totally worth it.

We are in the middle of our "trip of a lifetime". We had two LiFePo4 and all the supporting equipment for this trip. Two days after starting, we noticed that one of the new batteries was not functional. We tried to get satisfaction from Renogy (the maker and whom we purchased the batteries from). No luck with Renogy.

The only thing we left out of our installation was a new converter thinking the old one was "good enough". Well we were down to one functional battery so "good enough" wasn't!

We stopped at a couple of places on the way to Quartzsite looking for a proper converter/charger. NO-GO until we found Solar Bill RV. Some of the most helpful people I've met! Yes they have those in stock! They even had a slightly used one for a great price. I bought it and it installed in about 15 minutes and is working great.

I started thinking, maybe they can help me with my dead Renogy battery. Sure enough, they got that think going too!

My wife and I now have a fully functional solar setup to get us home to Florida.

If you are looking at solar this outfit is the place to go!

A big shout out, praise, and thanks to the entire team at Solar Bill’s in Quartzite AZ. There’s Gus and Rose, the owners, and Paul the knowledgeable foreman, and Kevin the very capable and excellent technician, and Peggy and the other girls behind the counter … all absolutely wonderful. If you want solar work on your RV, anything from having solar panels installed, controllers,batteries, etc., then this is the place. This is their specialty and it’s the only thing that they do. My wife and I arrived from Las Vegas a full day ahead of our scheduled appointment and we were immediately greeted and welcomed to stay in their ample ‘yard’ with 30 amp electric hook-up,restrooms and fenced security absolutely free of charge. They simply said “stay here with us.” The next day after all the consultation and new panels and controller were installed we were invited to stay an additional 48 hours to be sure all the butyl adhesives were fully cured enabling us to drive safely on the highway home. These additional days- free of charge as well. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed to attend a nightly bonfire. This home style fireside hearth gathering had all the trappings of an old-fashioned family campfire feel where good people, customers, owners, staff and friends would engage in spirited conversation and fun. What Solar Bill’s remarkable achievement is really a demonstration of teamwork with a family feeling. This business could be a model master-class on how a truly successful team depends upon technical competency, genuineness, honesty, and cohesiveness all work together like a well oiled machine. We were treated honestly, fairly, felt secure, safe, cared for and surrounded by knowledgeable people who had our best interest at heart. Nobody does it better!

We came to Solar Bill's with battery problems that we had purchased in Alaska. There were other problems that they found and rectified. Guss the owner talked with the battery people and got the batteries replaced while he let us sit in his yard using his power until everything was taken care of. Guss and his whole team got my solar system setup correctly and I would personally recommend Solar Bill to anyone needing solar or electric or battery or anything else. They have electric that people use while getting work done. We were treated with courtesy and a smile through the time spent there.

I did my research for 3-4 years before getting solar on my RV today! I saved up! I had brought my 4 lion energy batteries, and they worked with me all the way! 800 watts of solar on the roof, the panels can all be tilted, 3000 watt inverter with Bluetooth added at the last minute at my request, and they answered any questions I had. Each tech was friendly and had a great attitude and went the extra mile! I came to Quartzsite to get solar on my RV, and I got my dream set up at half the price I had gotten quotes from others. How do they do it? They install everyday but Sundays during their season. They’ve worked on all kinds of rigs, and work well together. I had my RV in at 9 am and had it back by 3:30 pm! Totally completed with a walkthrough! I would highly recommend Solar Bill’s! Thanks for making me boondocking ready, and I can run my microwave and ac! Thanks RVerTV for the recommendation!!

2 weeks out from getting solar, review! I went back 2 days later and had a shunt put in so I could see what was happening real time with my solar, and I’m very glad I did! I had a spike in use, and I was able to track it to my refrigerator. I had blocked the circulation and corrected the problem. The spike in energy use went down!! Saved me power and wear on my refrigerator!! Today I will hit 40kWh generated!! Not tied to to shore power anymore! I can use my microwave and AC no problem! After a month with my solar, have 101 kWh, I went up on the roof to tilt the panels because I was told the tilt capability was included with all set ups like mine only to find out when I got to the Grand Canyon there were no bars to tilt the panels. When I called Solar Bill’s I was now told it was an option I didn’t pay for and I could come back in and pick them up for $88. I ‘m no longer in the area. I would have paid that when I paid over $8,000 for my set up! Now I’ll make my own while I will include different angles to set the solar at! So if you want the tilt option make sure you ask for and pay for it and get the bars!
My only other concern is I had sent in a request for solar before I ever arrived, and never got an estimate to this day. It’s better to go in person if you want a response!

Absolutely wonderful experience. These folks went above and beyond to make sure we have the power we need and explained how to use it. They helped line us up with Bill who installed our 12 volt AC unit prior to doing their solar install. Couldn’t say enough positive things about Solar Bill. Well worth the drive from Oregon.

One month later: Everything is working so well. Still over the moon happy with our solar upgrades.

Solar Bill’s installed my solar system on my RV a couple of years ago. It has worked fantastic! Last summer, one of the panel wires became disconnected. I was able to make an emergency repair. I returned to Solar Bills in January to have the problem fixed. Not only did they professionally fix the problem, they did it for NO CHARGE!!!
The 2 techs who worked on the system were very knowledgeable, happy to answer questions and give advice.
I strongly recommend Solar Bill’s in Quartzsite, AZ for all your RV solar needs.

I had an Awesome experience with Kevin who installed my power station to my solar and he found fried wires in my breaker box, a fire waiting to happen.
They also let me stay overnight to get my system charged.

Took our Motorhome to Solar Bill’s in Quartzsite, Arizona yesterday to have our Solar System checked out. The repair person was very helpful and professional and checked out every part of the total system. He got everything working correctly and at a reasonable price. Best experience you could hope for. In today's world do you really expect top level, above and beyond service? No, you don't expect it because it's not hardly heard of these days but you want it, right? So when Solar Bill RV, from owners Gus and Rose to each and every team member were outstanding in professionalism, in friendliness, in exceptional service and knowledge about electricity, solar power and solar component technology ... and I mean truly OUTSTANDING, I was blown away because I didn't expect it. They installed a complete whole house solar system on my RV in a beyond clean installation, tidy, professional manner and it works supremely well. You feel like 'family' when you're here because they treat you like family, and you can see their entire team is 'their family' all working together to give you a great solar system and a great experience. Top shelf people working together and doing one Hell of a good job. Above and beyond without question. Absolutely no place else could you get such a great service experience at such reasonable pricing.

Had first took our 2022 Keystone Cougar 22rbs with 400i Solarflex Solar System to Discount Solar. (See review) We then, without our rig, visited Solar Bill to get a cable for an additional Ecoflow solar panel. We told him the situation and our experience at Solar Discount. He knew immediately what it was and told us how to bypass our system directly to our batteries. It worked. Highly recommended!

Stopped in looking for a specific 12 volt adapter I required and a remote on/off switch for my older inverter. They were bound and determined to meet my needs and had everyone checking for the parts I needed. Thanks very much to the staff at Solar Bills for the excellent service!

End of last season I needed a battery cable 2/0 1ft long. This place was the only one that would sell it to me AT $50.00. Just to let you know that's 50 bucks a foot. Same cable is cheaper from anywhere else in the entire world.

So I was cleaning my phone for space and remembered I had visited this place in Jan 2021. I was there for an event and because they were offering a “discount”, a lot of us purchased from here. I was sent with a list of items and the prices were ridiculous. There are no clearly marked prices so guess what? Yup they change…discount my a!! …I ordered a wire with neg and positive cable connectors and was sent away with spliced wire that was labeled backwards. It was a hot mess. I changed the wires after arriving back to Gilbert AZ. When I was in the hot desert, at that event. It took the guys trying to do my solar some time to figure out that the wires were crossed. Fortunately one of the organizers purchased the BS from me so I recouped my money from them. Get yo ish before you get to this area. Or simply cross the bridge and go to hardware the store.

I made the drive over to Solar Bills in my truck camper after a bad experience with someone local and I couldn't be more pleased. They didn't try to upsell me to some ridiculously large complicated setup like the other guy did. They actually listened to what I wanted to be able to do with the system and suggested a setup smaller than I thought I would need. Pointing out I could easily add more panels or batteries later if needed. They were quick, the install is clean and professional looking, I'm able to run everything I wanted to be able to run and best of all, they saved me a few thousand dollars. They let me camp out on their lot the night before and a couple days after while I tried everything out and made sure it all worked. They invited me to join in with their evening campfires and even invited me to join them at a local pub for an evening of live music. My only complaint is I wish they did more than solar because I've got several other projects I want to do on my camper and I'd love to have them do it all. Over all it's a great company with great people.

We had a great experience with Solar Bill's. We needed to have an inverter installed and the team at Solar Bill's went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed. Even adjusted a thing or two, which we had installed previously, so it would work better! Got an estimate for our service and when it came time to pick up our 5th wheel and pay, they came in a little bit under $1000 under the estimate.

I wish I would have come to them in the 1st place! After much aggravation from doing business with someone else in town, I came to Solar Bills and was so relieved to find they had the expertise and parts in hand to fix my problems and they could even fit me in that day. Hooray! Very professional and knowledgeable team. The techs that worked on my rig were meticulous about the quality of there work and it showed. WOW!! The best customer experience of my life!!
Visited while traveling to explore solar for new Camper. We had studied solar add on and had what I thought was a good understanding of what we needed.
Gus and Johnny discussed our needs and their recommendations. Johnny listened to fully understand our anticipated usage and with Gus tailored a system that was perfect.
The System they installed was less expensive and better suited than what I had estimated. They not only gave us a better, larger capacity system but at less cost than anticipated. No one tried to bs or up sell us. Honest and fair pricing and great, top of the line components.
The entire crew is completely amazing. Each tech was professional, friendly, communitactive about what they were doing and did concise neat work.
Every person there was hospitable, considerate and made us feel like family. Started project at 9 and we were fully installed by mid afternoon.
Johnny was amazing in working with us to understand operation of the system and how to use the management system.
On top of the phenomenal service we received we were offered the option of overnight hookup to be there first thing in morning to save travel. Offered additional evening if we wanted to check system before leaving to ensure we were completely satisfied.
No matter where you are coming from the trip to see these guys is the best move you can make to have solar work done. Our install is about 2 months old now and has consistently exceeded our expectations!

We went to solar bills to have our batteries changed out for longer boondocking. And our technician who's name is mitch did an awesome job for us! And was a very nice and informative person! I highly recomend using this company for any problems that may arise! Thank you mitch for an awesome job!

Couldn’t get better service and support! I needed to purchase lithium batteries and was going to change them out with my old AGM batteries by myself. Gus took the time to talk to me on the phone and answer all my questions patiently for as long as I needed. He put my batteries on hold to give me time to drive to the store. When I got there Gus again took as much time as necessary to make sure I fully understood what I was gonna do when I returned home. The next day I had some questions with how my charge controller was operating and I was given Kevin to talk to. Kevin walked me through all my settings and helped me make sure I had everything set correctly.

I couldn’t ask for better service and support.

We hit a few bumps in the process but they worked hard to make sure everything was completed as needed. Everyone we dealt with there was very friendly and professional and they were great to work with.

I highly recommend Solar Bill. They are very professional, friendly and so helpful in recommending other resources for what we needed. I am extremely happy. We drove from Surprise AZ and they were quick and thoughtful about everything we needed. Don’t hesitate calling them, they are the best!

I've been charging my batteries while driving, and that's been working just fine while on the road. But now here I am in the desert, sitting still in TONS of bright sunshine. It made no sense not to have solar on my van roof. So I drove over to Solar Bills in Quartzite, explained what I needed, and in less than two hours I had a 180w panel installed, with plenty of wattage going into my batteries - and at a very reasonable price! Thank you Gus and Johnny - and most of all the installer, Kevin. I'm a happy customer ❤

Used solar panels at $1 a watt are you kidding!!!!
Go to Santan Solar in Gilbert $45 for 250watt solar panels and better prices all around!

In short this place is a ripoff just like the so called “Discount Solar “ they are a Ripoff!!!!
Save yourself some $$ and make the trip to Gilbert.

I knew solar fairly well so I was able to evaluate them in terms of their knowledge and experience and I was quite impressed. So I made a basic purchase of just solar on the roof in three separate systems with a controller for the one system. Everything else I already had in place. They invited us to camp on their property the night before the job. That evening they had a campfire with a number of their employees who live there and invited us. It was a great visit. 9 AM the next morning they had us in the bay and had our job completed by 4 PM. Everything done with attention to detail and I could not be more pleased with the results. Not only are they professional in what they do, but there is a culture of friendliness that is rare in this business world. I could not recommend them more.

Best solar installation place in the west! Great prices and friendly staff. If you have a large rv and need solar, this is the only place to go. They have been around fir like 35 years!

The chief mechanic is very unprofessional in his installation and does not know what he is doing.
I went in on a Sunday to have my batteries installed and the only mechanic on duty was this chief mechanic. He did some complaining about how he was the only one on duty. He even said to me that he sent everyone home.
I have been repairing his connections ever since.
If you want solar on your rig, see the gal for recommendations in equipment but have it installed elsewhere. This guy is the shop foreman? I would of fired him long ago. What a loser.

My friend brought me components to set up a small system for him. The charge controller came from Solar Bill's. My friend was excited thinking he had bought a nice charge controller that he paid $50 for. I had to break it to him that it was a cheap low quality controller. The same controller is $9.00 with free shipping on the manufacturer's website. Furthermore the charge controller never enters float it constantly stays at 14.4 and will not drop. This is a receipe for a "China Bomb" and makes me lose faith in humanity when sharks like him manage to stay in buisness. Must have something to do with the gullible elderly population of Quartzsite.

We had our solar installed at Solar Bills 3 years ago. We were sold exactly what we needed to fully charge our 2 L16 batteries. The installation went perfectly and everything was clearly explained to us! 3 years later I am happy to share that we have only plugged into shore power maybe 12 times and rarely have to run the generator. We spend about 4 1/2 months a year enjoying our off the grid life! Thank you Solar Bills!!!

Great people, great service. They fit us in on a Saturday when they were jammed up. Besides batteries they also replaced a bad inverter. This place is a gem in the desert

Very helpful people I had to rewire my system because I originally wired it with to small and use connectors I put on by hand they made all the cables for me right away the same day and when I forgot one and went back the next day they made that one right away for me so I can finish my work

When we told them we wanted a full system installed, they were super nice and attentive
During the install, they kept saying we needed something else or they forgot to include something in the last invoice. This happened three times. The grand total was over $11,000! Ok so solar is expensive and we paid it all.

Then two days later when an alarm went off, we called to ask them what it means and how to shut it off. Johnny was too busy to talk so the lady said to get on top of the RV and cover all the panels with towels. This isn't easy or safe in the wind. Then said maybe some wires are rubbing. Really?! They couldn't secure them appropriately?

We also found a leak in our newly sealed roof where Solar Bill's personnel pulled up a damaged solar panel and left the bracket with holes exposed. See the picture. Rain was running in under it. Another example of shoddy work.

Their great service only lasts as long as you are paying. I had to go to my local RV repair shop to troubleshoot the system. I've attached a picture of the error. If Solar Bill correctly coded the wires, they are wired wong with the positive wire in the negative spot and negative wire in the positive spot. Needless to say, I won't be going back to Solar Bill and caution others getting a full system installed. There is absolutely no follow-up and explanations of the system is brief.

Our first experience was so great that we installed solar on our second Motorhome. We love the service and workers so much. Everyone is so informative and take care of everything for me. I can’t believe any bad review given on this business. I recommend Solar Bills to everybody!

After calling from the road, we’re not only helped and back on the road the next day but we’re invited to leave our rig parked on the lot overnight and stay in it! With power! Got us diagnosed with a factory defect in our electrical system, repaired and on our way in less than 24 hours. Cannot say enough, cannot thank them enough, cannot recommend them enough! Thank you!!!!

Solar Bills did an awesome job on our solar installation! We are so happy with their work, great customer service and friendly atmosphere. We will be coming back again for our other RV!

Very nice people here. From Bill to everyone else. Brought class c RV(my home!) in at 0915 and they were finished 5 hours later. Came 8n under original quote which was a great surprise. I highly recommend this business. Also, they allowed me to use my parts, my panels, etc. and had no issue with me mounting panels on roof and them doing rest of wiring! Great Cust Serv. I'm very happy. Also, they listen to you and work with you for best system for your needs in your budget!

These guys are incredibly knowledgeable. We have solar on the RV already, but I've always had a few questions about it. We needed new batteries, so went to Solar Bills to get the batteries, and they were able to answer any question I had.

Will never go back. Bought 1000$ system, then was told they will give no advice on installing it. They either do all the work or go screw your self, essentially. Also charge a 20% restock fee, as I was informed by a defensive, surly Mr Bilk himself, because he assumes you are just returning stuff because you found something cheaper online--something not easy to argue as his prices at least on his panels are so jaw droppingly high they don't display their prices in the store. But that wasn't truly the reason in my case, as I explained, I simply found I needed a bigger system and opted to get a solar generator which he doesn't carry, which made the inverter and chg controller he sold me no longer needed. No matter, got screwed anyway. Evidently Mr Bilk is so inundated with returns he has to squeeze all he can out of his alienated one- time customers. If you don't happen to know 100% what you actually need when stepping in there, better to just stay out

Asked for a system for my rv but what was installed was significantly too small. It took $900 in added work by another business (Discount Solar) to get it to work minimally. They either do not know how to design a system Or they intentionally tell you what ever is necessary to get your business. Also they say they provide a 90 day warrantee but when this problem was presented they would not even listen. AND I Would not be surprised if some or most of their positive reviews were posted by them or their friends/paid surrogates. I will if possible go to small claims court about these people.
My advice is to go to Discount Solar down the road. they were more thorough and careful. Am most happy with Solar Discounts work.
