I had been trying to get a service tech out to fix a problem with the remote on my Velux skylights for six months. Two companies came out a total of 4 times and fixed nothing. Roman, from SoCal Skylights, came out once, had what he needed to get everything working, and was done in just short of an hour! He was punctual, courteous, helpful, informative, and cost-conscious. After so much run-around with other companies, I’m especially grateful for his service, but I can’t imagine a nicer experience even if I hadn’t been burned before!
