i recently had a discussion with stanley, the owner of k&p roofs, and he was incredibly proactive in addressing my concern. he was exceedingly polite and keen to rectify the situation. here's the feedback i initially left for my less than satisfactory experience. i had spotted 2 of their signs while running in marina del rey. it seemed that these signs had been unintentionally abandoned. one of the signs was particularly difficult to retrieve, causing me to return home, dry my feet, and put on a new pair of shoes. however, given stanley's positive response and commitment to resolve the issue, i am confident that such occurrences won't happen again in the future.

Whenever I've had queries or concerns, team members like Stanley and Dustin have always been there to address them and walk me through the process in detail.
