We completely remodeled our outdated kitchen, and the transformation is unbelievable. They helped redesign the layout for better flow, installed custom cabinetry, and added beautiful quartz countertops. The attention to detail—like soft-close drawers and hidden outlets—really elevated the space. The kitchen feels modern, open, and way more functional than before.

I used So Cal KBLA to remodel my kitchen, bathrooms, and fireplace. The owner, Guy, always showed up on time and completed the job in a very timely manner. I have never worked with such a reliable contractor. He has an eye for detail, and always knew what design would fit my style and my budget. He worked hard to make sure I was satisfied with the quality of materials and when I encountered a granite "emergency" he saved the day by tracking down the granite I wanted. Guy and his crew are the best! We needed our bathroom redone and must have met with a dozen contractors to get quotes. His estimate was the best price for what we needed. They were able to start right away and Guy was super responsive throughout the whole process. They were very clean and covered our floors and bedroom to ensure dust wouldn't get in. They also swept up after each job which is appreciated. His team is extremely hardworking and worked many late nights to keep things moving along. We just completed our first bathroom and already have his team working on the second bathroom!

Guy renovated my mother's bathroom in Fall 2024. I live out of the area, but my mom wanted me to communicate with Guy to make sure things worked smoothly. He was easy to get a hold of and communicated well and in a timely fashion. He prepared project status and billing materials which were well thought out and easy to understand. He has a logical approach to his business process. The actual bathroom renovation went well, and my mom was very happy with the results.

After the job was over I remarked how impressed I was with his job preparation material. Since I am out of his market, hundreds of miles away, I cannot hire Guy, but he described the template he uses to prepare job scope. It has helped me formulate a plan for my own bathroom renovation.

We are happy with our remodel. We interviewed 5 contractors and Guy with So Cal KBLA was the first one that we interviewed. We liked Guy from the start. He is friendly, energetic, easy going and creative. We did a complete remodel of our kitchen, master bathroom, laundry room, a fireplace, flooring and the whole interior was painted. I even got my "Harry Potter" pantry! Whenever we encountered an issue, Guy would always say "no problem ". Indeed no problem, he was always able to figure out a solution.

Just completed a full condo remodel and I'm very happy to report that So Cal KBLA delivered everything they promised. My project was completed ahead of schedule in spite of unforeseen delays and a couple of additional changes. I am very pleased with the work that was done by So Cal KBLA at my property. After interviewing several different remodeling contractors in order to find a good fit for our many requirements and short deadline. Our home plan involved remodeling a master bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and backyard. The remodeling team were skilled and professional, and I felt that Guy was genuinely interested in my opinion. The designers spent quite a lot of time with me as I am indecisive and I thank them for all their patience. I felt that the price was fair and the quality of work is excellent. So Cal KBLA is very professional, responsive and does excellent work. We needed our master closets demolished as we were getting a whole new closet set up. Walls had to be cut, new drywall put up, electrical changes with texture walls and painted. Guy is great and was very helpful in the demolition process. His team of workers were excellent. They showed up promptly in the morning and did a great job on the demolition keeping things clean during the whole process. We are so impressed with the work done and the level of service provided. We would use So Cal KBLA again for any work needed to be done.

Our high expectations were fulfilled with Guy. He orchestrated the complete kitchen renovation and expansion of our Studio City home. He quickly won our confidence as he fine tuned the architect's plans and made significant improvements. The project was of considerable scope with the usual issues that can arise along the way. Im a little late but wanted to write a review for So Cal KBLA! They did an excellent job on my two bathrooms that were flood damaged. I had two other companies come out and give me estimates and all they wanted to know was how much insurance was giving me and were just very unprofessional. Guy was very professional, timely and honest. They weren't the cheapest but definitely not the highest priced, I felt that they were fair and reasonably priced. All the guys they sent out were respectful and knew what they were doing. I highly recommend them

We Are happy with the entire remodeling process with Guy, he took the time to understand our needs and the project. He brought in his crew as needed, so no details were missed. We will recommend this company for sure!

So Cal did our hallway bath remodel and also installed our main bathroom vanity. They did a great job, great work, and finished on time. They were easy and great to communicate with, and had good pricing. The best part is I like the ideas he gave to make our bathroom a lot better than we originally planned. I would definitely recommend them for anyone doing renovations.

We worked with So Cal KBLA to remodel two bathrooms in our home and to change out our front door and a few bedroom doors. From start to finish, they were a dream to work with. Communication was so easy, which is so important in these kinds of projects. We were in constant communication with for the projects were with Guy.
Guy and PM are extremely kind, considerate, and professional, and you can see that they are skilled at what they do.

Guy did an excellent job on our bathroom remodel. In three days he removed the old laminate flooring, vanity/sink and toilet. Installed new tile flooring, patched and painted the walls, installed the toilet (the seal around the bottom looks perfect), installed a new medicine cabinet, vanity/sink/faucet, new baseboards, and hung the new towel racks and cabinet. He also cleared away all the debris at the end. He was very helpful in troubleshooting a few issues we had and was able to come up with solutions to fix them that were low cost. He was always on time, kept us informed of what he was working on, was careful not to damage anything, and was upfront about the project cost, which was very reasonable. I also hired him to replace some outside lights on our house and he provided the same excellent service.

Guy and his crew did a remarkable job on our total condo remodel project (bathrooms, kitchen, everything!). He was reliable, responsive, honest and creative at solving a few of my harder design requests. I'm so pleased with the end result. Guy even helped me pick the finishes from the kitchen cabinets, countertops to vanities and faucets. A home run!

Guy and his team are amazing and well organized. They quoted us good and reasonable price for the labor for full bathroom remodel. I showed him pictures of what I wanted. He did full installation, tub and vanity exactly how I wanted. He made my vision come to life. It was great to work with Guy as he made the whole remodeling easy and fun. I would highly recommend them.

These guys helped us out, converting our one car garage into a junior ADU. The city was difficult to work with, and they took care of everything with them. when things come up, they were quick to respond. Guy, the perfect manager, was excellent and easy to work with. I am a handyman myself, but knew I couldn't take care of the project. It's been about six months since it got finished and there are no issues with it at all. Their cost was very competitive, and extra stars for being very professional. I would definitely work with them again.

The whole process was very smooth and they kept me in the loop letting me know about every details in the process. The project was completed on time and with great quality . They also used high quality materials which was very important to me .

So Cal KBLA did a wonderful job renovating our main bathroom which had not been touched, other than painting, in the 32+ years we've owned the house. Guy really maximized the use of the smallish space  and the whole team was incredibly helpful in helping us navigate the various choices to be made re: colors, tile, floor surface, etc. Guy’s work crew was great and very responsive to all issues we raised during construction. And they cleaned up the work area really well at the end of each day. We highly recommend!
