Prices are affordable. Alex and Andrew are excellent communicators. They will work with you, so that YOU can achieve your goals. Expeditious service. Thank you, Alex and Andrew!
We had complete new roof, 2 skylights and gutters installed. From start to finish, Alex and Andrew were available and responsive. The initial estimate was broken down into various parts of the job, very open and transparent pricing. Installation was smooth and clean. Great that the crew did only the work they could complete - No tarps having to sit on the roof overnight.
The few comments we had were addressed immediately and satisfactorily, both during the job and one call back after completion.
First interactions were great, pricing was reasonable. Andrew dropped off fascia boards a few days early so I could pre paint. 75% of the job seems fine, the last 25% is on the front of the house over windows. Asked them to call me if they found any issues once they got the gutters off - if I have to pay to fix something I would like to address it before the new gutters go back up. Already included in the contract to replace the fascia in this section. I wanted to avoid taking gutters on and off. No call throughout the day. When I got home and saw their work, I expressed concerns about the front install to both Alex and Andrew, they told me the install was done correctly and my house was the problem (was not told during estimate, morning walk before job started, or during the day that there was anything with my house preventing them from doing a good job) Assured me there would be no water behind the gutter and the install was correct. You can see the gutter is angled up off the fascia and drip edge is between the gutter and fascia. Had rain two days after their install and you can see the water getting behind the gutter onto the fascia. They came back to fix, pulled the gutter off, pushed a new piece of drip edge over the existing one, jamming it under the shingles. Put the gutter up and it is screwed on top of the new drip edge again. Alex and Andrew both confirmed that drip edge was placed over the gutter, but you can see it screwed on top of it. Now, I am having another company come out to redo this front section.
Alex,
All the information is factual. As I told Andrew, when I first tried to review the work with you, you said I was incorrect about all details and the install was done correctly, then became frustrated when I brought anything up. Even before your “fix” I had water behind the gutters you can see it in the pictures. There was another area of the house with the gutter screwed through the drip edge as well. I only had you out to give you the opportunity to correct the issue. I wasn’t watching each step, and wasn’t going to comment on your work, because you would get frustrated again. When you left, you said that the gutter was behind the drip edge over the entire length, and when I spoke to Andrew on the phone when he was asking for payment he said it over the entire length as well. Regardless, I am having the entire length redone, since it is a seamless gutter = 25% of project. The piece you installed was removed and the drip edge is over the gutter, so it was possible after all.
