We hired this company to do a seal coat on our driveway. Their communication was less than par. Their job was horrible. They did not do the repairs properly. It has been five or six weeks and my coding is already peeling up everywhere. Their prep obviously didn’t happen super super super disappointed that I spent $3000 on a job that I’m gonna have to have redone.
Just had my driveway redone by Smith Construction and it was a wonderful experience. Mel Smith was a pleasure to work with and the price was right in line with my budget. He even called me that evening to follow up and offer suggestions how to care for the work over the next few days. Thank you Mel Smith. I would recommend Smith Construction to everyone.
I hired Smith Construction to repaving my parking lot. The crew arrived on time and finished on time. The work was done as agreed for the estimate price with no add-ons. The parking lot looks great. I can't recommend them highly enough.
