Do not buy these guaranteed windows! Costumer service to terrible! There is no costumer service! We had Champion windows installed in our whole house some years ago. We love the windows but now have a couple that need a simple repair. I have been trying for over 9 months to get a service call set up. Costumer Service is terrible. In these last 9 months I have repeated called with little to no response. I understand they are short on help like everyone is but 9 months is ridiculous! I’ve received 2 calls telling me that someone would be getting back to me to set a time & date but I’m still waiting for that call! On Monday I waited on the phone line for 28 minutes to have a robot tell me they were closed. It was 10:30 am. This company should be put out of business. So much for life time guarantee!

The windows are fantastic. the salesman Cris was easy to work with and Was great in helping me choose the windows that would do me the most good.The installers were polite, respectful, and did a fantastic jog of installing the windows. They all rate a high 10
