Sam at Smart Roofing has been great to work with. They have done two roofs for us in the last 5 years and have done a wonderful job. We really liked how they use quality materials and wouldn’t put their name on sub par work. Sam was quick to get his crew out to work, was reasonably priced and was very honest on what we should and shouldn’t do with our house. We’ll be continuing to use Smart Roofing for any of our home exterior needs.

Smart Roofing did a fantastic job in replacing our roof, siding, and gutters. Sam(owner) made himself present and was happy to answer any questions we had. He was very knowledgeable, did a great job coordinating the work we needed done, and returned calls/finished work in a timely manner. We have had Smart Roofing do work for us on more than one occasion because of hail damage. This company is very honest and has reasonable prices. I would definitely call them again for repairs and would highly recommend them to others.

I had a storm damage on my roof and I called several roofing companies in town for an estimate, some of them didn't even bother to show up. Sam the owner of Smart Roofing LLC explained the process in detail, recommended the materials to be used, explained warranty, helped with new popular colors.... At the end of work I couldn't believe the great service , quality craftsmanship that we got and on top of everything, great price. Sam communicated with me every step of the process, we run into the problem with rooted 5pcs. of plywood on the roof and some damage to the roof trusses, Sam did all the work on that damage and didn't charge me any extra for that work. Ice barrier was installed with new roof vents on the roof and some extra vents are built in to make sure that we have proper ventilation on the roof. Repaired damaged fascia, installed new aluminum soffit and fascia, new plastic siding on the parts of the house, 6" gutters with 4" down spouts..... His guys are clean, on time and very professional. I could not be happier with work that was done and I highly recommend Sam, his guys and his company Smart Roofing LLC.
