We had a number of small issues with our siding that needed to be addressed. Chris Brown and Smart Home Exteriors did an excellent job making sure these needs were corrected!

Chris handled the estimate process and answered all our questions with class and integrity. The quote was fair and was honored without extra hidden fees.
Gene Miller was our installer for the siding. He did a fabulous job with great attention to detail. He worked clean and was a true craftsmen. Gene did a great job communicating with us ever step of the way. He worked in some very unkind weather conditions! The crew that installed the new gutters with leaf guards were fast,friendly and also cleaned up after themselves.
Chris came out and we did a final walk thru. He again answered all of our questions and addressed any concerns we had!
Again we are very grateful for the professionalism and attention to detail this company provides and will recommend them to anyone who is looking for home improvements

Smart Home Exteriors put a new roof and gutters with guards on my house. The crew was prompt, courteous and worked diligently, finishing the roof in one day. The crew cleaned up after themselves and the owner/boss showed up first thing the next morning to inspect the work, make sure everything was cleaned up and make sure I was satisfied. The final bill was as estimated.

We got a new roof, siding, gutters and windows. The whole project was a great experience. Pricing was very fair. There was a manager here off and on, mostly on, the whole time. The crews went to work right when they got here and did not set around on their phones. We had great interaction with everyone. The whole job has made our home beautiful and more energy effeciant.

Smart Homes Exteriors installed some new gutter and some repairs to my existing gutter , they do excellent work , cleaned up after themself , they communicated very well with me on the start date and time , they walked me through the project when they were finished, explained what they did and asked me if I had any questions for them, I would recommend Smart Homes anytime.

My wife and I knew we were going to need a new roof sooner or later when we moved into our home. We try to get 2-3 quotes anytime we have a project. So when it was time to get a new roof and make some siding repairs we started reaching out. The first 2 companies came and gave their estimates, but when Smart Home Exteriors (Chris) stopped by they went above and beyond by asking us if we had contacted our insurance company as they could see some damage they thought insurance may cover.

We fully thought we were going to pay out of pocket for the entire roof. Chris made the entire process extremely easy by initiating the call with our insurance. We did not have to talk with our insurance very much he and his company took care of everything. Once the insurance claim was processed Chris and his team were very attentive and responsive to any questions and concerns we had. The roof and siding turned out great.

We will be calling Smart Home Exteriors for future projects when they come up!

The instillation crew was thoughtful and careful about protecting shrubs and plants around the house. They covered everything up with tarps.
Plus tarps on the ground to collect roofing waste. During the cleanup of the area they even used a bar magnet to pickup any nails that was missed during cleanup.

I think this is what sets this company apart from all others. Before closing and payment, Jack is the lead crew inspector. If the job doesn’t meet his standards and expectations. The crew is called back to make it right. Then with Jack and ourselves do a full inspection and satisfaction walk around.
The next person to look at the job done was Chris.
The owner of the company He wanted to make sure we were pleased with the work done on our house and garage.

I'm giving Chris Brown this rating because he reached out to me about a project I had and was very willing to help. The project was something they normally don't do, but was still willing to help me. His employee Wes was the one to do the project and he was polite and professional. It's people like Chris and Wes makes you realize that there's still good people out there

From the beginning, the experience has been awesome. Met with Chris and Jace.Immediately knew this was company to go with. Gene and helper did an awesome job removing old (60s) aluminium ugly yellow siding. And installed new grey vinyl. And his attention to detail!! So good. Chris was here for us every second .Answered all and questions and concerns very fast response. Gutters next .We are happy and excited. Trust me smart homes are the company to go with. 5 stars not enough!!!

Chris, Jack and everyone we talked with were 100% amazing! This whole project started with one of their salesman going around the neighborhood seeing if people wanted work done. Normally I ignore door to door salesman, but I’m so glad I didn’t this time! I mentioned we were interested in siding, so Chris came out a few days later to look things over. He noted how bad our siding was (it was truly awful) and that we had a damage roof. He also said it looks like hail damage, and we may be able to get insurance to cover it. While we were waiting for insurance to get back to us to set up a time for them to come out, we had a secondary local company come out for comparison. Pricing point wise, they were in line with the quote we got with Smart Home Exteriors, but they didn’t agree about insurance and suggested we not pursue it, so we got a little nervous. We decided to still have our insurance guy come out, and he met with Chris. We are SO GLAD we did not listen to that other company! Chris did amazing and helped us work with our insurance to make everyone happy! We ended up getting a new roof, siding, from bath window wrap, and gutters and I could not be happier. The work was done so quickly and it all looks amazing. The guys did a great job of cleaning up too. Chris and Jack (who handles the projects) were there every step of the way and always quick to respond. Highly highly recommend. I have before, during and after pictures attached!

Chris Brown and Smart Home Exteriors did an outstanding job replacing the roof on our current home. We needed to get it done before the sale of our home could be completed. Smart Home Exteriors came to the rescue and knocked out a quality job quickly and completely. Before the shingles went on they replaced 5 sheets of damaged wood. Even with this unseen damage they were able to complete the roof on my schedule. Because they were so accommodating we can close the sale on time. Without hesitation I recommend Smart Home Exteriors for all of your roofing needs.

Smart Home Exteriors completely redid our home, our garage and our detached garage. Reroofed, resided, new gutters, etc. Chris and Jack were right back to us whenever we called. Smart Home Exteriors replaced the roof on our home. The entire process was great. Everyone I spoke with was professional and very helpful. It didn't take long from the estimate till completion and Smart Home's staff walked us step-by-step through the whole process. Smart Home Exteriors did My windows they were very professional and kind. They also did a great job cleaning up after the job was done. I would highly recommend to anyone! Also my project manager Chris was very helpful.

The only reason it wasn’t a five star was because our job was forgotten about so there was like a three month delay but they did the work and it all worked out.

Had the crew do some gutter repair and then install 'gutter screens' on the entire home to keep leaves out of the gutters. The work was completed quickly and this system works as well as the nationally advertised systems at a fraction of the price!

I had gutters installed. Don and his team did an excellent job - price was competitive, the install was much quicker than I expected, and most of all - the new gutters look great!!

Installed new gutters after a hail storm took out my old ones. Replaced them bigger down spouts and gutter screens which really keeps the gutters clean.
