I live out of the area but inherited a home in the Summerville area. Had major pipes damages and wood damages. Charles went to the home to determine if he could do the repairs/work. He came back with a surprisingly fair price and completed the work of excellence. I did not feel cheated because business was being handled at a distance; very professional. I definitely recommend Small Scale Contractors and will use again the services if possible; will be the first to call. Thank you, Charles

I oversaw Charles doing work for my son-in-law and he had done such a great job for him that I contracted for Charles to come over and do several small jobs for me. He pays attention to detail and take great pride in his work. Charles has a great work ethic, he is skilled, AND he is smart. He can easily handle problems that come up during the job. I would certainly hire him again. If you have a list of small jobs, contract with Charles to complete your list.
