I called and asked and told him I had some repairs that need to be done on a home I’m buying and need to get the contractor quote to send to the seller before having it fixed and he responded: “yeahhh, I won’t do that.”

Edit: it won’t let me reply to his reply below. I did in fact need him to repair something and fully intended on using his business. The seller is paying for the repairs but they needed a quote to know how much money to give us for the repair as they are out of state but he wrote me off from the beginning and didn’t listen when I explained that to him. I would give him zero stars if I could. He could have been professional at the very least but was not.

Edit #2: Looks to have added abother response two years later. I only vaguely remember this interaction. The review wasn't about quality of work but about the customer service/professionalism displayed in our sole interaction.

Steve and his crew did a phenomenal job remodeling our kitchen, and they did it while we were living in the house. They had fair pricing, worked quickly, and took extremely good care of my home. They went the extra mile to keep dirt and dust from spreading while they worked. We are very, very happy with our new kitchen, and we would recommend Steve to anyone!

Steve has been extremely helpful in overseeing, advising and performing updates to my office building. He is quick to begin the numerous jobs and keeps me updated through calls, texts and pictures. Steve is an excellent person to work with! His attention to detail is unmatched. The guy can pretty much do anything with his team of professionals!
