I've been using Terry for all my roof work over the past 8 years. We have a 150 year old house that needed a whole new roof and repairs/maintenance on the section with a flat roof. Terry was incredibly helpful - drove us around town to look at various roofing styles and options. His crew did an excellent job and were very professional.

I've had Slate Roof Professionals repair my slate roof and copper gutters. I've also had them replace sliding glass doors at my house. All work was done thoroughly, professionally and on time.

Lowe Roofing did the best job by far. The company redid the entire main roof, the baloneys, the porch roofs and the second floor deck off of my daughter's room. I couldn't be more pleased. We worked with Terry and Slate Roof Professionals to make some repairs to our slate roof, which dates from the 1930s. Our repairs were necessary as several leaks had developed. First, Terry is incredibly kind and professional. Second, I have never met anyone who possesses his knowledge of roofs! The leak issues have been addressed, and Terry dropped by months after the repairs to make sure everything was in order. While the work was not inexpensive, it was definitely worth it.

One was a complete re-roof job on the back of our home, the second was a repair to an addition on our home that hadn't been touched since the previous owners had installed it. Terry and his crew are beyond professional, do exemplary work, and work in a very timely fashion. Slate roof professionals has been working with the Montclair Art Museum for over 10 years. Our main building is a combination of three separate buildings, some of which are over 100 years old. Professionals at Slate roofing were able to identify and repair several entry points of water intrusion, which are not always leaking a leaking roof, but could be an old yankee gutter, a leaky masonry chimney or other issues that would be hard to detect without a professional. At the museum's admin building, Slate roof repaired old and rotted yankee gutters and installed a new roof. I have been happy with both their professional approach, work done and completed and follow up. I would recommend them for any roofing work on historic or older properties with problematic leaking situations, and any new work that needs a comprehensive approach.
