Sky Tech has done several jobs for us. The largest was a complete re-roofing using synthetic slate tiles. Although this roofing system was new to Dave and his team, they took the time to learn about it and do the job right. Eight years later, we still get compliments because it looks great and works perfectly. We recommend Skytech for home improvement projects; they are competent, on time and fairly priced.

Had Sky Tech replace my 30 year old roof and they did such a good job I had them replace my 40 year old windows. I am very satisfied with the work, the clean up and the results.

Worst roofing experience I ever had. Poor workmanship. Unqualified workers. No supervision or management on site entire project. Unprofessional workmanship. Damaged driveway. Oil leaks from outsourced personnel vans. Giant gaps from bottom of shingles to top of drip edge. Shingles do not lay flat at all. Just a matter of time for leaks.

Dave did an amazingly beautiful siding job on our home. The old siding was removed and disposed of quickly. The crew went right to work and I could tell they had worked with each other on other projects and expertly knew what to do. They worked a full eight hours each day. Nice young men.
My husband and I were very pleased with how well Dave addressed our concerns and each thing was fixed the next day.
We would definitely use Sky Tech for our next project. A relief to deal with a reputable company with expert skills.

We had Sky Tech do our new metal roof, shingles and install 2 skylights. We couldn't be happier with the results! We were a bit nervous after having a bad experience with another contractor, but Dave and Janelle kept the line of communication open. Janelle made sure they knew exactly what type of skylights and metal roof we were looking for. Parts were ordered, came in quickly and they scheduled the work right away. The crew was polite and did an excellent job. We will definitely use them again when we are ready to start another project and we would highly recommend them to anyone!

Skytech did an excellent job installing a new roof. Even in these times of material shortages, they were able to acquire the shingles and other materials in a timely manner. They also did an excellent job replacing the gutters on a conservatory with wider, more effective gutters, which was a challenging job. We would definitely recommend them, and use them again.

I hired them to replace the shingles and install new gutters....they left us with leaky roof,ugly caulking job instead of replacing the step fleshing that I provided and asked to install in one piece.the shingles in the corners not flat on roof..I can see the tar paper from inside (I asked them to replace the rotten wood) wondered why they asking if I can see the roof from inside.....that time we had sheetrock on ceiling, after we removed it find out the rotten roof still there...they made the roof short ,only a half inch overhang so all water goes behind the gutter and leaking on the house wall...the gutter drain not sealed right..water leaking there too...they dont answer the phone,left 3 message ,than once they answered (probably accidentally) they took my own roofing rope set (yeah by accident) ..got that back after weeks ....they said they will install drip edges...they haven't....they said they install 1x6 face board, the owner showed up some unpainted pine wood lol...I installed,primed and painted my face board before they installed the gutter....I had time cause been waiting a month to install the new gutters ....after multiple phone calls they showed up....
I asked to fix the issues (ok be there) they never came through ....hired another contractor to fix the gutters for now...scrape of the calking and install the step fleshing correctly.....NOT RECOMENDED!!!

Owner Dave Johnson rebuilt my deck and did a fantastic job in only a week. I couldn't be more satisfied with the quality of his work.

It went better than I expected! Sky Tech was recommended to us by our realtor who just had her roof replaced. I dealt with Blanca via e-mail when setting up appointments to get quoted and replace our roof, she was very helpful, polite, and responsive. Dave, the owner, came out to inspect our roof on a Saturday and sent me a quote on Monday. The quote was very detailed and extremely reasonably priced. I signed the quote, sent a check for half the quoted amount, and picked our shingle color. We were scheduled for the following Thursday. A pallet of supplies and materials were delivered two days prior. The Sky Tech crew arrived around 7:45 am and were finished with the job by 12 noon. They threw a netted tarp type of material around the entire house to catch all of the old roof shingles and other materials. Some guys were on the roof putting the new roof in place and some guys were on the ground cleaning up any materials that may have missed the tarp. Before leaving, they combed the perimeter of the house with a magnetic tool to pick up any nails or other metal objects. Dave, came by around 3:30 pm to inspect the completed job, take back any leftover roofing materials, and do a final scan of the property for any missed roof pieces or metal objects. He even nailed part of our soffit that had a little sag as well as removed a broken de-icer that was stuffed into the gutters from the previous home owners.

Due to the structure of our house and property, we don't have the best vantage points to see our roof. I have attached a photo though of the new roof, best shot and angle I could get.

I would and will definitely recommend Sky Tech for any roofing needs, as well as any other siding, window, or deck needs. I will definitely go to Sky Tech in 20-25 years when our roof needs to be replaced and when we decide to reside our house.

These guys are the best! They installed a great, new roof on our home. They are very service oriented, from my first conversations with the front office (Carolyn) and Dave (the owner) they explained everything in detail. Provided a detailed estimate, showed up when they said they would, did the work in the time they estimated, cleaned up every little thing as they said they would and asked me if I had any questions. This was a big decision for our family. Who to hire to put a new roof on our home? After speaking to eight (8) different companies and getting 8 quotes we decided on Dave and SkyTech Construction. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing/wanting to get their roof replaced. It was a great experience.
