We hired Chris to power wash our house along with some outdoor spaces and relevel the pavers with the steps in front of our house. While the power washing was done decently and he came across as a nice person, we were very disappointed with the overall professionalism. The quote included releveling the pavers, which he did not complete. When we followed up, he came back but the issue was still not properly fixed. He then claimed the step wasn’t level, but we provided a photo proving it was—and after that, he stopped responding entirely. He ignored our calls and texts, and even blocked us on Facebook when we tried to reach out again, right after cashing our check. It's unfortunate since he’s local and well rated, as we were willing to work with him to resolve the issue, but being ignored and blocked is not how you treat customers who are paying you thousands of dollars.
Chris and his team did an amazing job powerwashing our house today and putting a piece of siding back in place.
They got here on time and got right to work.
Their price is fair and well worth it as well.
I'm extremely happy with how my house looks now and would highly recommend Chris and the team to anyone needing work done!
