I will use Ty for all my future projects. His professionalism and skill are superb. He let me hire him for some light followup work I needed because of my health limitations. Major upgrades this time around were: 1) Pressure treated wood floor on concrete slabs in my garage to keep valuables off the wet floor. 2). A very nice welded steel shelf system (I can expand later), with a dozen extra large totes for my most valuable things. 3) Replaced porch roof. 4) A beautiful gate where only a fence was with reuse of old in place fence materials. Ty did a great job restoring my 20 year old deck - it now looks beautiful and has years more of life. I appreciated him taking on what could have been a pandora's box of problems, and solving each issue, all within his original estimate and persevering in 90+ degree heat!
