Very professional and excellent work! I wish I had taken a before photo of our house because the difference is night and day. Eddie painted the trim and garage door of our house, serviced our gutters, pressure washed the house, fixed our front stairs and hand rail, as well as stained our patio. Simply Clear did an amazing job power washing our concrete. Truth be told, I had tried it the summer previous with my own equipment, and SC's results were light years beyond what I could achieve. Pro attitude, very friendly, amazing results.

Eduardo and his team did an amazing job cleaning my roof, gutters and downspouts. He was very friendly to work with, he arrived exactly when he said he would, he did a thorough job cleaning and took photos of all of the gutters from the roof so that i didn't have to go up there to double check their work. They also cleaned the driveway and deck of all the debris that they removed from the roof and gutters. I will definitely be using his services the next time i need my gutters and downspouts cleaned!

Eduardo Chavez did an amazing job on our windows and skylights. We have three stories of windows, small, large and odd shaped. We have pop out garden windows that were so hard for me to clean and now they sparkle. He went above and beyond scraping off paint splatter. I would highly recommend him!
