Stellar experience. Abel did a thorough job explaining my options and describing the entire process during the initial consultation and quoting process. Installation was a breeze, they got my job done in 2 days. We replaced 2 skylights, replaced mildew covered roof plywood, and added more ventilation. The crew did a great job with clean up each day. I can't recommend these guys enough. I would not hesitate to use them again if ever needed.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Klam Construction for a complete roof replacement on my home. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The initial consultation was thorough and informative. Klam Construction was the best construction vendor I have ever worked with. They are true professionals. Klam Construction is a company I would like to refer to everyone. Very professional, took care of our home and yard. Our roof looks great and you would not have known the old roof was torn off. No sign of it anywhere and all plants and trees were not damaged. Cleaned every day and the tear off done with efficiency. Roof looks beautiful!!

For me it all started with a simple check with BBB and CCB and when I found no complaints and no claims I called them up for my first of 3 bids for a complete tear off replacement roof for my house.
Able, the owner, came by on a Saturday and spent 2 -1/2 hours with us explaining exactly what he was going to do and why and also checked 3 diff. attic crawl spaces wanting to see how our insulation was installed to better understand how to quote us.
Out of the three bids his was not the lowest but I decided to go
with him anyway and I'm glad I did.
Starting with Katie, who was a delight to deal with, scheduling the job after watching the weather and picking a perfect window of weather in a very rainy month of March, 2025 ( 74 degrees the second and finishing day) to Milo and his crew showing up bright and early were very fast, respectful and kept the jobsite very clean.
They used top quality components from ridge vents to vent pipe seals to premium bathroom fan vent hoods.
When the job was done Able returned to do finale walk through and even got up on the roof to inspect his crews "flatwork "and even brought me pictures back down since I cannot see from the street. He found no problems and I have no complaints.

I would highly recommend Klam for a roof repair or replacement
for sure and remember you get what you pay for.

Klam replaced a neighbor’s roof a few months ago so they were one of the roofing companies we contacted for a proposal. Abel and Jairo from Klam were the only ones who looked in our attic space and discussed ventilation with us. The Klam bid was inline with other bids that did not include adding any ventilation.

We went with Klam and they were able to get us on their schedule more quickly than we expected. The crew arrived on time and were all very nice. They kept the job site clean each day and spent a lot of time after they finished making sure they had picked everything up from the yard. Abel and Jairo came by again at the end to make sure we were happy, which we are.

Absolutely recommend them.

I've personally used KLAM for full roof replacements several times and recommend him to all my real estate clients. Believe me, I have seen too many sub par roofing jobs leading to excessive mold growth in attics that home owners have no idea about. Roof and attics are one of the most neglected areas of the home. Abel takes time to look at the roof from the inside and outside, and makes sure to recommend a solution to maintaining a healthy home. Don't settle for the cheapest bids; you will get what you pay for.

I just had the roof of my SE Portland home replaced by KLAM Construction. I received competent, friendly service every step of the way, from estimate, to solving internet issues (mine) in the contracting process, to the efficient installation. Expect a great work ethic and an efficient job with exceptional results. The bonus is this is a local business, so you are supporting neighbors and not some behemoth corporation that doesn’t necessarily care about its employees or you.

Excellent work at a fair price. Abel, the business owner, did an excellent job of explaining the scope of work and the reasons behind it when he came to do an estimate. He really spends the time needed to understand the design, the materials and the warranties. His experienced crew was impressive. They were punctual, incredibly hard working and efficient. They left the site spotless each day. Between Abel, the crew and Katie at the office, we were kept informed and updated on a timely basis throughout the process. They came highly recommended by friends and we can see why!

We have had 2 roofs completed with Klam. Great experience with both. They give you a solid quote on the work upfront and perform to the number. The platinum tier experience. I can't say enough good things about Abel, Katie and their crew. Abel's inspection was far and above the most thorough of any contractors we met with. He identified things that others didn't but likely would have during the work and upcharged. Their pricing wasn't the cheapest, nor was it the most expensive but it was the most all-inclusive for the what the job required. The crew was respectful and clean. The work site was cleaned at the end of every shift. The roof looks amazing. I can't recommend Klam highly enough! 6 stars!

KLAM Construction and roofing company put a new roof on my house in May of 2024. I had roof damage after a January storm and decided to replace the entire roof on my 1949 home. From the very beginning of the process they were wonderful to deal with. The owner, Abel, actually answers his phone and returns calls promptly and his able office manager, Katie, is equally responsive and able to answer any and all questions and kept me informed frequently on scheduling. I had gotten bids from two other companies and neither of those companies bothered to go up in the attic and check for damage or check for other issues that might affect the installation of a new roof. Abel insisted upon going into the old attic and gave me a full report on the condition. Bids for the job were all within a few thousand dollars of each other, although one company added on multiple things which increased the cost substantially. Abel's bid was not the cheapest but was all inclusive so I felt I was getting good value for my money. The house is old with lots of difficult areas that required special talent to roof correctly and 3 chimneys that needed new flashing. The 3 person crew was friendly and capable and the foreman kept me informed throughout the job which took four 12+ hour days. When they found issues that needed special attention they offered me good solutions and took care of the problem. This included repairing a section of the roof that was damaged from prior issues and also replacing two sections of siding that were rotten. They completed both those repairs including materials without adding any cost to the job. After the work was complete, Abel came back and did a thorough inspection and took many pictures that he gave to me. The roof looks beautiful and I feel very confident in the quality of the workmanship. I can definitely recommend KLAM and would give it a five-star rating.

KLAM Construction delivers! First off they are very easy to work with. Abel, the president of the company, came out and personally did the initial bid. Abel carefully explained what was needed and the materials that would be used. He did not want to cut any corners which I really appreciated. Abel also returned for final inspection. Katie was great to work with on scheduling and prompt on communication which was helpful on a stressful project like this. My home required a complete re-roof and the work was difficult but the KLAM crew was prompt, worked very hard, and performed quality work. They even finished sooner than I thought they would. Another plus is they do a very thorough cleaning of your property once they are done. If you have a roofing project, give KLAM a call!

Abel installed our roof 8 years ago. He has done additional work for us since. I can always rely on Abel in many ways. His crews 1are top professionals and alway quality and honest work. Klam was a delight to work with at every step of the way. We appreciated the friendly, professional, and timely manner in which they responded to any and all questions. The people that actually replaced the roof were thorough, quick, and kind. The roof is beautiful and we are so pleased with the workmanship and the products they used.

We needed a new full roof replacement to replace our 30 year old one. We also had our skylights replaced at the same time. We highly recommend Klam Construction! KLAM Construction replaced our roof in April of 2024.  They exceeded expectations in all areas.  Starting with the free estimate, they were very up front about what would be needed to do the job right and discussed areas that might require additional work/expense depending on what was found under the existing shingles.  And their up front rates for extra work are reasonable.  After the job was complete, there were no surprises in the final price (it ended up being the quoted price for us).  Due to trim and flashing they added (items the original builder should have installed), our roof is now better than when the house was first built.  We have a large roof, and the demo and replacement took 2-1/2 days.  The workers went out of their way to protect our paver driveway, and their final cleanup was exceptional (the area where they staged the material was cleaner than when they first arrived).  I selected KLAM because our neighbor had their roof replaced by KLAM a couple of years ago.  Our neighbor doesn't like working with contractors, but appreciated the experience with KLAM.  I also don’t enjoy the process of finding general contractors, but working with KLAM Construction was stress-free.  I just wish KLAM did painting and other miscellaneous home repairs.  They'd be my go-to contractor every time.

Our experience with Klam Construction was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. From the initial outreach for a quote until project completion the customer service and response time was fast and very helpful. The inspection for the bid was very thorough and did not feel pushy, It was informative and felt very honest; as well as very fair priced from the other quotes we received. The crew who showed up to do the project were very kind and respectful of us and our need to come and go. They cleaned up well each day and I have yet to find even a single nail left behind. Their quote to final price did not change, which I hear is common in the industry. Overall we were very pleased with how everything went from start to finish. Abel came out to quote the work and was extremely helpful and thorough. He was able to draw out the work needed and provide details on what the work would look like. The crew was punctual and respected our home and surrounding areas while working. I highly recommend KLAM Construction. I contacted KLAM Construction and spoke to Katie and we scheduled a time for Abel to come by to inspect my roof and provide me a quote. Abel not only inspected my roof and took pictures to show me areas of concern, but he inspected the attic space to check for leaks and condensation. No other roofing company I contacted had checked the attic for water damage. Sure enough, Abel found areas of condensation so pieces of plywood would have to be replaced which he included in the quote. Abel then took the time to show me his findings and explain why there were some issues/damage and what he will do to resolve and fix the issue. He also talked me through the process and steps that will take place to replace the roof. Once the process of replacing the roof began, the crew were very professional and did a great job not only of replacing the roof but they cleaned up the area around my house, ensuring that there weren't any nails or staples on the ground. My neighbors even reached out to me letting me know that they were impressed by their work.
In summary, I highly recommend KLAM Construction. Katie and Abel were easy to work with, responsive, and Abel was very thorough not only in his inspection of the roof but in explaining his findings and recommendations.

We were throughly satisfied and impressed with Klam Construction, LLC, starting with Katie in the front office, meeting with the owner Abel, and the men who performed the roof replacement. From the very beginning Katie jump started the whole process, explaining the installation of the Port-a-pottie, where they would need to park the trailer for the throw aways and supplies needed to replace our roof.

Klam Construction, LLC came highly recommended, however, we wanted to make sure we did our due diligence and looked at three different companies for quotes. Klam was the only company that actually got into the attic and on the roof to survey the damage. The other two companies just did a visual inspection from the street, never got on the roof or in the attic. One of the other companies spent close to three hours talking about how great their company was and basically wasted my time. Abel showed us where the problems were, what he was going to do to solve the problems, how long it was going to take, when the crew was going to show up and the process involved. Able answered all my questions in detail and I felt very informed concerning who, what, when, how. There were no "flashy" sales gimmicks, he was in the house no more than 30 minutes.

The men that did the work were very knowledgeable, cleaned up each day after finishing the days work, with the roof replacement taking three days, just as quoted. We had a couple of nails that came through our roof, because of how the home was built, a portion of the interior ceiling was right up to the roof line. When I saw what was happening, I made the person in charge aware and he immediately came inside, took pictures and sent them to Abel. There was a sheetrock specialist out first thing the next morning and repaired the damage.

Once the job was complete, Abel came out and got on the roof to inspect the work performed. Abel then sat down with us, explaining the warranty, and basically "what's next" and not to hesitate to call him right away with any issues that may pop up. Ultimately, the decision to go with Klam Construction, LLC was based on their detailed information concerning the problems with our roof, how they would correct the problems, their professionalism starting with the front office, Abel the owner and the men who worked on the roof replacement.

Klam just finished a roofing replacement for me. I’d recommend them for the following reasons.
Abel, the company Owner assessed my roofing needs personally. He was honest, fair and he knows how to properly ventilate an attic. The other 2 companies I met with sent out their sales force. He also followed up with a personal inspection and made sure he was happy with the work.

Klam has a dedicated roofing crew who have been with them for years. In today’s market, it’s not unusual to get unskilled labor working in construction trades. They did excellent work.

KLAM Roofing sets itself apart from the other companies we had received estimates from. One company viewed our house from Google Earth and we received an estimate in 30 minutes! Another company came out and stood on top of the ladder to look at our roof, yet another company came out got on top the roof for 20 minutes and then we received a quote without the carport next to our house!

The owner, Abel came out and spent approximately two plus hours inspecting our house. A long period of time spend on the roof going over every section and a long period of time inside our attic where a small water leak was found! The impressive part Abel provided us with I’m guessing 50+ photos he took on his cell phone throughout the inspection.

Abel sat down with us and went through each photo of concern and explained why it was important. We asked many questions and Abel provided detailed responses that made sense to us. We explained we had a budget and Abel provided us with two options that would be a complete and thorough tear off and new roof install.

Abel’s crew was prompt, polite and professional. We especially liked the concern for our property while the job was being executed. Each day the Install Team cleaned up around the house and driveway before going home. Communication with Team leaders could not have been better. My wife was especially happy about that. Team leader provided additional photos of problem areas prior to replacement of plywood even though it was already built into the estimate. Very transparent group of professionals.

Klam Construction did a complete tear off and installation of a roof that was not installed right the first time by another company. Abel was very knowable and professional and the entire experience was great. While I hated to spend that much money on a roof, I am glad I chose Klam as they made the experience quite positive. Both Abel and his installation crew were very professional, prompt, and the roof was completed right on schedule. Also, the quote and cost was very competitive with other roofing companies. This is the second time I used Klam for a roofing project and both times was the same great experience. I would highly recommend them. If I could give 6 stars, I would.

Getting a roof replaced is very expensive and stressful. We had to get ours replaced during the rainy season due to leaks. Out of all of the bids we received, we felt that KLAM provided the best product and service warranty for the money. They were also up front about which plywood boards needed to be replaced. Our house is old enough that it had sections with boards and some without. Abel was very informative during the bidding process and was the only one to provide a detailed diagram of how the roof venting system would look like on our roof. It was great to have this information and a sense of how things will look when the project is done. None of the other roofing companies we got estimates from provided that but wanted to replace all the plywood boards. We also had our chimney removed at a reasonably price compared to the other bidders. Katie at the front office was very responsive to any of our concerns or questions. Any issues that came up were resolved. We were initially given a time line of several weeks out, however a clearing in the weather for 2 to 3 days got us scheduled and the project was done in 3 days, just in time for some heavy rain. The job site was also kept clean in the evenings and any issues found during the final walkthrough were taken care off within a few days. We heard about KLAM through a friend, and I also see ourselves recommending them to others.

It was a pleasure to do business with such an honest, professional company. Abel's inspection before making the bid was thorough and his explanation of our options for the job was clear.

We cannot recommend Klam Construction highly enough! They just re-roofed our home this summer and we could not be happier. We got many bids initially and Abel stood out from the start. He did the most thorough inspection of our roof/attic and went through the entire process with me in great detail. Klam construction re-roofed our 1997 home 3 years ago, amidst the early days of COVID. I am very late writing this review! Abel and his crew were fantastic.
Abel took the time to carefully inspect the roof, physically going on the roof and checking all of it. Carefully walking on the roof also helps him identify soft spots that may not look any different on the surface. He also went into the attic, to make sure we did not have a moisture issue (we didn't have any reason to think we did, but he always goes into the attic since it may show signs of a problem long before you know you have one).

His crew was friendly and respectful, and did quality work. They were always on time and cleaned up each day when done. I really appreciated having a crew that was approachable, in case I had extra questions as the work was proceeding.

We got 3 bids - Klam's was in the middle in terms of price, but the extra effort and care that Abel and his team provide helped me know that by paying a little more, we'd be getting the best value. Abel listens to your questions and concerns and he really cares about his company, his crew, and your roof!

Our roofing project experience with Klam Construction was seamless from start to finish. Firstly, Klam’s owner, Abel, came to our home and took his time inspecting our current roofing and ventilation system. It turns out we had almost no ventilation (we were aware it wasn’t great, but had no idea how bad it was). He made specific suggestions on how to improve it, and explained why he was making those suggestions. He did not try to upsell us, in fact, he took great pains to show us why it wasn’t necessary. Abel and his team did an outstanding job on our very complicated roof with ventilation issues. I got about 9 bids and Abel's was one of two very detailed and competitive bids. We decided on Klam Construction and I am so glad that we did. He had his team put in more ventilation than we originally agreed on because he felt that was what the roof needed. He noticed that a gutter from our shed was close to our house and had his team make some modifications to improve the drainage. Before they left they touched up the paint on the gas fireplace exhaust not because they damaged anything, but just so it would look nice. After the project, Abel came by to make sure that nothing was missed. His team is amazing. They took advantage of every second of dry skies to get as much done as possible. They cleaned up every night and generally went above and beyond what I expected. Great company and great people.

Crew was on time and very well organized. The crew torn off old shingles and installed a new roof and skylights in 2 1/2 days. They were very professional and neat. They kept us up to date on their progress and cleaned up daily before they left and cleaned again on final day. There were no hidden surprises. The costs were the bid cost. Very well pleased!!

They gave us the best bid and were detailed oriented including reworking our ventilation system. The job was done quickly and professionally with obvious concern for us. KLAM did a great job of replacing my home's roof. There were fast, courteous and did a terrific job of cleaning up the area.

We had our 27-year-old cedar shake roof replaced by Klam Construction in June. Owner Abel personally came out to inspect our roof and give us a quote. While inspecting the attic he noticed several things that were not up to code when the roof was installed. We got 5 quotes and Abel's quote was the most detailed, including list of all materials and services necessary for the job. Although Abel's quote was not the lowest, it was a fair quote and unlike a couple other roofers who pressured us to commit that day for a lower price, Abel gave us quotes for 4 options that were good for 2 weeks with no pressure to sign immediately. He also did not push more costly options that other roofers did and explained to us why they were not necessary for our roof though he would gladly upsell us if we really wanted them. We have a large roof which took 5 1/2 days to complete. The crew consistently worked 12-hour days and cleaned up the site at the end of each day.
On the first day, the crew stripped off half the roof and covered it. They couldn't work the next couple of days due to rain. Late Friday afternoon, we noticed some water leaking and called the office. Nobody answered so we left voicemail. Within 10 minutes, we received a callback that a crew was on their way to fix the leak. When they arrived, they inspected the entire attic for leaks and added additional tarps. We were very impressed with the fast response. Abel has very high standards for himself and his crews and takes responsibility if anything goes wrong. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Klam Construction.

From first day of getting the quote till the last day of roof installation and subsequent inspection by the business owner directly, the whole experience is very positive. This company emphasizes great customer service with great attention to detail. I valued the crew in thoroughly cleaning my house both front and back yard every day after they’re done with the work. The crew works hard throughout the project and very puncture. I’m truly satisfy with the final outcome and appreciate the final inspection done by Abel directly. Last but not least Abel is also offering free subsequent inspection after my solar panel is reinstalled, and to that I deeply appreciated.

I can't say enough about his crew They worked long, hard hours to get the job done in two days. Rain was forecast for the third day. They were very efficient and courteous from the minute they arrived. When they left everything was picked up and clean, if it wasn't for the new roof, you wouldn't know they were there.

Back in the fall of 2021, my wife and I needed to replace our roof after the home's original 25 year shaker shingles were showing their age and starting to leak.

Had our twenty plus year old roof replaced by Klam Construction in January of 2021 and we cannot be happier with the results. Can't believe I forgot to post this sooner. From Katie in the office to Abel and his crew everything was done as said in a professional, respectful and friendly manner. At the time, numerous neighbors asked me about the roofers I had working on our home as they were impressed by the staging of the material, speed of workmanship and clean up done afterward. I just wished the other two businesses I had do work on my property over the last few years had the same commitment to integrity and quality. They were bums in comparison!

Abe and crew replaced our roof. They came recommended by my partner's coworker and we extend the recommendation. They were not only professional and easy to work with, they checked and followed up to make sure everything was perfect (was close to it, but they sent someone back to paint a few loose siding tiles that were affected and other end-of-job items) and even came back to fully close off divert water around the struts for the solar panels (those go back on after the roof). We felt this was fabulous service. A chimney-repair person later commented on the good roof we have.

Several homes in the 22 year old neighborhood I live in now have replaced roofs. I noticed one re-roofed home had a crisp finished look the others did not have. The team at KLAM Construction did excellent quality work on our roof! We had to have a complete tear off of our old roof, and start from scratch. They got the work done faster than we had expected, while taking care to protect our plants, and leaving our yard spotlessly clean. I would hire Klam Construction again. Their communication is fantastic, and they keep their appointments. If I had a question or a problem, Katie got back to me within twenty-four hours. Abel showed up for both appointments on time, and one day when he was ahead of schedule, Katie called to see if he could arrive early. It was wonderful to know if I had a question, it would be answered quickly. Abel offered me two bids. With the bids he sent comprehensive notes detailing what each bid entailed, including the warranty. The work was done in three days. The workers were respectful, worked hard, and cleaned up each day and when they left. It was a great experience.

Klam replaced the roof on our mid-century ranch house, garage and shed. We highly recommend Klam!! We had bids from nine companies. On the first meeting with Abel, he was very thorough, full of advice, and the bid was reasonable. Klam has a great reputation, so our job had to be scheduled a few months out. However, they sent someone to inspect the roof for potential leaks and repair them to last through the weather until the job was scheduled. We enjoyed working with Abel, Katie, and the entire crew. They were very fast, protected the plants well, respectful of the property and neighborhood, and were in and out in two and a half days.

I was highly impressed by Abel's knowledge of his product and thorough inspection my roof to determine what would be needed, so when I decided a year later to finally replace the roof and switch to a ridge vent, KLAM is who I called. Katie, in the office, was always willing to answer questions or find out answers if it was something she didn't know. Manuel's crew worked efficiently from dawn to dusk to get the roof done before the weather changed, and also worked with me to change a few details and get the new vents placed exactly where I wanted them. I absolutely love the extra light from the Sun Tunnel which was installed a week or so afterwards. Abel even came out on a Saturday so he could perform the final inspection while I was present and answer any final questions I had. Overall, an A+ experience.

We chose Klam Construction to replace our roof in 2017. They did a superb job...great quality, on time, and on budget. They gave us a ten year warranty. On Saturday 10/10/20, I emailed Klam to tell them that we had a small leak. I got a phone call from the Abel ( the owner) that same day. He told me he would send one of his workers to fix it early Monday morning. Jose came on time at 9:30, removed some pine needles that were in the air vent caulked around the intersection of an air vent and the roof. It rained hard the next day and there was no leak. The work was covered under the 10 year warranty.

We had about 5 different roofing companies come out and give us bids on a new roof. My friend had Klam Construction do his roof and highly recommended him. Abel with Klam Construction came out and spent over an hour on the roof and inside the attic looking to see what exactly what we were looking at. After his inspection he spent time explaining what was needed and recommended. He was the only one, out of all the contractors to do this. To me, this means he cares about what his company does and what his potential customers want. Roofs aren’t cheap. We got all the bids in and talked it over and decided to go with Klam Construction. Mind you, they weren’t the cheapest, but as soon as Abel left I knew it was his company that I wanted to do our new roof. They were out about 4-5 weeks out when we signed the contract. They showed up exactly the day they said at about 7:30 am and started work. They worked that whole day in 95+ degree heat until about 8:30 pm ripping off and replacing a bunch of sheeting that needed replacing. I think they replaced about 30 4x8 sheets of plywood. So it was a significant tear off and replacement of bad sheeting. Our yard and property looked like a tornado hit it that first day. I left for work at 2am the next day and was on my way home at about noon when Katie called and said that they were done and cleaning up. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. Because when I went to bed at 6pm, I could see sky through a huge portion of my roof, from the garage, not my bedroom lol. I got home about 10 minutes later after Katie called and they were gone. I couldn’t believe what I saw, my roof looked incredible and my yard and property on the sides of the house were left in better condition than from when they got there! I was absolutely impressed!!! They even raked the bark dust in the dog run. Everything was back in the exact place they moved it from. We definitely highly recommend Klam for your new roof. Just wanted to give a shout out to our friends at KLAM Construction. They did an amazing job replacing our roof a few years ago and recently we had a minor issue with a vent duct coming detached in our attic. But what I liked the most was that Abel , the owner, made a visit to my home, went over the entire roof, explaining what he felt was needed; he also came with samples of the new roofing material which was of high quality. A window screen was damaged during the roofing and a worker was out the next day to repair it. The roof was done in 2 days, everything was cleaned up, and pots/benches put back in place. Klam Construction recently completed a three-layer tear off and roof replacement on my home. Everything was handled professionally, promptly and efficiently from beginning to end. Abel and his crew are hardworking, conscientious and attentive to detail; preparation and clean-up were excellent. I can easily say that I would recommend Klam without hesitation.

I was very pleased with the work done by Klam Construction on my new house. I work for a contractor so I am somewhat knowledgeable in the industry and am very picky with who I hire. I met with a handful of companies and Abel was very clear on what needed to be done and was obviously a professional. It was nice to meet with someone who knows what they are doing vs a "salesperson." I also liked that he had his own crews and did not utilize subcontractors which is important to me. He was the first person I met with and after that it was almost comical seeing the comparisons. It was either the big sales pitch or the I don't care approach. Klam's price was competitive and very fair for the job that needed to be done. They did a full tear off of an old cedar shake roof and then full resheet before installing the shingles, skylights and new ventilation. I stopped by the install multiple times to monitor the progress and every time the gentlemen working on the job were all in their own areas working very hard. These guys were pros. They did a great job. I see new roofs almost every day in my line of work and many companies do it as cheap as possible. Klam used metal valleys, added significant amounts of ventilation around my entire house and added additional vents where they could in the roof. There was one small glitch in the job where I was not happy with one section. Abel himself came out to meet with me and had it taken care of by their service person who fixed it in just a couple hours. This is a company that cares about integrity and making the customer happy. I would highly recommend them. If I was to give any feedback they should look into offering financing. They would get a lot more business if they had it because not everyone will have a way to come up with the cash to have their roof replaced. They may love it and want it, but may not have the means to do it with only one option available.

I got several bids and Abel was one of the only owners to come out personally and give me a bid. He was thorough and informative from the start. He walked me through the whole process and helped me understand exactly what needed to be done (as I had never replaced a roof before and didn’t fully understand everything it entailed). He was also one of the only contractors to give me a bid on the spot. And it was completely accurate. A very fair price and he also had the best warranty. The crew was also great and very fast! Good job on clean up as well. And Abel came back after the job was finished to make sure I was happy with everything. I had a new roof put on my home in October of 2018. Klam Construction did a fantastic job! They went above and beyond what my expectations were. The team was on time, cleaned up every day, and did an outstanding job on my roof. I also had my shed roof replaced at the same time and my shed looks fantastic too! My 1930's house has a fairly steep roof and lots of corners. My hopes and expectations for roof replacement were high, and Klam Construction exceeded them all. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends, neighbors, and family.

I hired Klam Construction to replace my roof. Abel the owner came and did a thorough check on the roof and from the attic. From the three companies that I called, Abel gave the most detail estimate, he also mentioned possible cost for replacing more of the wood under the roof. We got scheduled the next week, and completed in 3 days.
The crew came around 8AM, and stayed till about 7PM, cleaning up after the day work.

Just finished up a roofing project with KLAM. I took 14 bids while deciding on a company. Abel took the time to do a thorough inspection. His bid was comprehensive and incorporated 12 extra sheets of plywood (which his competitors said would be added to thier bid if it was determined needed). If the material was not needed they would be removed from the bill. Even with the extra material incorporated the bid came in much lower than his closest competition. The work was completed on time and on budget. Great experience from start to finish. Honest respectful, and fair. I'll definitely be reccommending KLAM to anyone that needs a roof.

After reading countless reviews and getting a few roof estimates, I decided to hire KLAM Construction. I’m extremely happy with my decision!!! Glenda, from accounting, was always kind and responsive. Due to the weather, the work started 2 days after the scheduled date; however, KLAM kept me in loop about every step of the work done. They are honest and profesional. At the time of the roof inspection, the owner himself, Abel, walked me through the entire project and took plenty of time to answer all of my questions. I will definitely recommend them and hire them again.
