David was such a great communicator and so professional!!!! He came for an estimate as I was concerned my screws were needing checked on my roof on my house and a corner of my barn roof had needed a small repair. He did both and didn’t charge a thing!!! That kind of kindness doesn’t happen everyday! I will definitely call him if I have any needs that he could fix and I will certainly refer him to anyone! This company operates with honesty and integrity. I'm late posting this but, last year, I had a small leak in my attic. I knew the area of the roof it was coming from. The house/roof was only 5 years old. Another roofing company tried to convince me and my insurance company that I needed a whole new roof. We both disagreed with them. I called Brian Welch at SilverBrook Property Restoration. Brian came out and was able to take care of the issue on the first visit (a framing nail had popped up, allowing water through the decking). I've trusted SilverBrook Property and Restoration since 2016, beginning with a project to finish the roof and gutters on a pavilion at my home. Over the years, as the owner of multiple rental properties, I've relied on them for a variety of roofing needs, including replacing at least four rental home roofs, handling numerous roof patches and repairs, and even replacing the roof on my personal home.

In 2024, I experienced a burst pipe in my attic that caused significant flood damage to my kitchen and several other rooms. This project required nearly every trade, including hardwood flooring refinishing, carpet replacement, carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing and furniture removal/replacement. Throughout this extensive process, Brian and David Welch and their team consistently exceeded my expectations.

I had a fire and a flood under my dishwasher the same day which resulted in flooded Hardwood Floors in three rooms of my house.
After calling my insurance company, David Welch from Silverbrook properties was at my home within the hour. Within another hour he had fans & dehumidifiers in my house running and lining everything up to get started to correct the problem.

My husband and I are so pleased with our new roof and gutters. It changed the look of our house for the better. Having a new roof is like getting rid of an ugly hat and replacing it with a new fresh one.

The SilverBrook crew were super fast! It took less than a day for them to replace the roof, they also changed out gutters in just one morning. The whole crew was super respectful, if I was going out side they would notify one another to stop throwing shingles down so wouldn't be struck to my death. They cleaned up very well afterwards... They even came back the next day to triple check for nails in the yard and driveway.

I had previously used SilverBrook Restoration several years ago after a pipe burst in my own home, and was very satisfied with their work at that time. So when it came time for a basement remodeling project at my mother's home (again including water damage), I once again called on SilverBrook.

Brian and his multi-talented crew were able to take charge of the project, which included some tear out, plumbing repair and fixture replacement, re-flooring, re-finishing walls, ceiling, and trim in multiple rooms, as well as an exterior door and window replacement. Some special issues encountered with the main floor split entry foyer and lower stairs required some additional "specialists", which Brian was able to arrange for and schedule as necessary.

Although there were times when other more pressing "emergencies" slowed progress (his crew does a lot of storm damage & roofing repair), Brian was always very responsive to any questions or concerns I may have had. I was once again very satisfied with their work, and would recommend SilverBrook for consideration of any "restoration" project you may have.

I had a water heater bust overnight and it ended up flooding my kitchen area and laundry room. This was on a wkd of course but I called Brian at SilverBrook the following Monday and by the next day he had the dehumidifier set out and dried in no time. We got to pick out some flooring and pretty much a week in a half they replaced all the floors ( ours were 8 years old) so we had to do the whole house because they didn’t have our old floors. Even painted our baseboards and cleaned up the mess! I seriously couldn’t be any happier with the outcome! It’s like a new house! Brian went above and beyond and every person he sent was so nice and I felt very comfortable and my kids loved them all. I will be hiring them for some more work later on! Thank you guys soooo much!

I bought a house that had a roof replaced several years ago by SilverBrook, after painting the ceiling in my laundry room and having a downpour of rain that night I noticed a small spot of water damage so I looked outside and seen there was a plumbing pipe right above the wet spot, I called Brian early evening to see if he could come take a look at it and he was there the next day and repaired the issue. Brian with SilverBrook is the most professional and informative person we came in contact with when looking for someone to do roofing work. Instead of sending everything via email, he wanted to come out and go over everything in person. Not only did he provide all documentation, plus some, but he left a sample book of the shingles, with all colors for us to choose from. He was wonderful and understanding when we decided to go with metal roofing, instead of the shingle. They completed the job in just a few days, cleaned up everything when done and most importantly, did a fantastic job.
