He assisted us with the tedious insurance process every step of the way. He always promptly answered our questions and concerns. Chad and his crew did an outstanding job. Chad inspected our roof (as he is a main pre-inspection roofer for State Farm in Franklin) no charge and answered all of my questions even though he was not going to be the chosen roofing company to replace our roof if there was not enough damage and unfortunately there was not enough damage for insurance coverage. My insurance company recommended 3 different roofing companies Roof Commander was the only 1 that got back with me. I talked to Chad late Monday afternoon and he was here first thing Tuesday morning. Chad inspected my roof and found a spot where water was leaking in and patched while he was here on top of that he didn't charge for the work he did. Now we are waiting to see if my insurance approves the claim approved or not we will definitely use Chad he is a man of integrity.

Chad is amazing! He’s honest and absolutely no pressure whatsoever. If your roof isn’t ready for replacement, he’s honest about that as well. He’s very responsive to calls, and takes his time to explain everything about the products he uses and why he uses them. My only complaint is that Chad only does roofs, because if he did other home improvements, he’d be my guy for life! As it is, he’s my roofing guy for life! I recommend him to everyone.

He took photos of the damage so I could send them on to file my insurance claim. Chad got a crew out here to replace my garage roof quickly after it was damaged by a storm. Great price, workmanship and even added drip edge and vents that should have been installed initially. No more leaks and the roof looks great! Give them a call - they will treat you right.
